Dr. C is the best doctor ever

How does this doctor think it's ok to dismiss a patient over being upset that calls, messages,orders, medication refills & supplies are not being taken care of. Staff has been unprofessional and not caring or compassionate at all. Medical professionals should put all aside and help the patient. Patient has every right to be upset after multiple attempts from themselves & companies reaching out prior to handle this. Documentation was sent & confirmed. Shouldn't the patient be protected as well. If a dismissal is not carried out in accordance with state laws, they may find themselves facing charges of patient abandonment as well as disciplinary action from their state medical boards. 30 DAYS of care has not been given as the letter states still after the fact either. I would not recommend this Dr. for being aware of situation & letting this happen to a quadrapeligic that needs this care until a new doctor can be established. And yes I'm writing about a current patient. Disappointed in staff, office manager & Dr. Chithambo for letting this carry on. Very unprofessional. They were not kind when I came to pick up supplies one day either.

Dr. Godfrey Chithambo is always very attentive and patience in addressing my concerns. His expertise and professionalism is very much appreciated. Having seen other Doctors for many years, I will say he's the best!!!

The first visit went fairly well. He refilled necessary prescriptions but asked no questions and barely made eye contact with me. My next couple of visits went well, but things went downhill from there. I needed surgery and set my appt for pre-surgery bloodwork over a month in advance. I was scheduled with his PA Paige Potter. She delayed retesting, prescribed an antibiotic with known serious side effects for a urinary infection that ended up being an error and never sent my paperwork so my surgery could be scheduled. From that point, every appointment scheduled with Dr. Chithambo was moved to Ms. Potter. She was uninterested, judgmental and dismissive at each of my appts even with my husband in the room. I notified them I was leaving the practice 2 weeks ago. Today, I received 2 letters (one certified) notifying me that HE was terminating our "relationship". A truly caring dr should have either attempted to correct problems or simply accepted that a patient chose to leave.

I went in for my annual physical. Little to no waiting time, good attentive manner and through. Only improvement I would suggest is they should run the blood test before the appointment so we could go over the results together. To me that is better than sending the results afterwards and expecting I can interpret them accurately. Better to have the physicians interpretation with the exam. I went in for my annual physical. Aside from the incident at the check in area where the clerk said the system showed I did not have insurance that held up my appointment, everything went well. Didn’t understand what the problem was. I’ve had the same insurance for quite some time and was just there 2 weeks earlier with no problems. Was not kept waiting long once I got in the exam room. The dr had a printout of my labs and went over everything with me. I’m 55 years old and I’ve never had a doctor do that with me. I’ve never understood all those codes and abbreviations so it was very helpful having someone go over it with me. He was attentive, offered suggestions and helpful with my medications and issues. I was very pleased with the care I received from him during this appointment. Dr Chithambo was my mother's doctor about 15 years ago, so I have had experience with.him. The doctor listened to my health history, asking good questions, and we discussed referrals.

Dr Chithambo actually listens to me complaining about my health. The staff is very professional. They respond back to me the same day with answers. Very happy with this Doctor and his staff. Thank you for taking the time to listen and care about my health.

This was my first time seeing DR CHITHAMBO MD. I just relocated from Tucson Az and had the same physician for 30 years. I was very very pleased with DR. He was very concerned about all I had to say. He spent time listening and gave me wonderful care and advise I left feeling so much better. Even the next day I feel 100% better than I have felt since relocating. Dr. Godfrey Chithambo is my new doctor, and he and his staff, have been amazing. They are very attentive, and thorough. One of the best decisions I've made.

Dr Chithambo is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He genuinely cares about delivering the best of care to his patients. The office is in a convenient location and the staff is friendly and very professional. I plan to remain a highly satisfied patient for the foreseeable future!

Worst place ever! Do not go here! Chitombo is horrible and so is Paige Potter and that lead TERRY P! Please don't go here. Potter spoke about another patient with me. That is so unprofessional and when I reported her behavior and Chitombo I was dropped as a patient without an explanation.

This is the worst place ever. The dr takes applications to wether he want to see this or that patient.. I though as a dr your mission is to help human beings.. not select who is easier to work with. It’s a shame. After over two weeks waiting for dr Chithambo to reply to me he assistant told me this afternoon if I don’t like it I can go choose a different dr.???? I was outraged.. she continued saying that he will be off tomorrow and Monday.. she will call me back Tuesday with maybe an answer. Oh while I was writing this review the office called me to let me know that doctor chithambo declined to see her because she is only staying here for 4 months ... that does not make sense to me... what is her visit has to do with her time in the Texas. Dr. Chithambo has been my doctor for nearly 25 years. He is very committed to his patients well being. Dr. Chithambo is always thorough and patience and listening in depth to all of your concerns. He is very detailed when explaining his diagnosis of your illness and answer all questions you may have. I have never left an appointment with him without him asking me if there us anything else I need or want him to address. I am very proud to acknowledge such a well deserved physician!

My wife and I both has had Dr. Chithambo as our Family doctor for the last 8 or 9 yrs and couldn't be more satisfied, He is a doctor that listens and shows compassion for his patients...His nurse shows the same attributes as him which makes every visit pleasant even if you're not feeling your best.

I was assigned this Dr as my new primary care; took two weeks for a call back the the staff was extremely rude they asked me 3 questions then told me he wasnt going to take me as a patient.
