Dr. Robert L Baker

I have always had issues with dentists not numbing me correctly and it's always a very painful experience. This is the first dentist I can say I've always been numbed very well and not felt a thing. I've had teeth pulled here, filled, and root canals. I see a couple reviews that make me sad saying the staff is rude. They are far from it, and Dr baker doesn't have a rude bone in his body.

They’re not accepting any new patients and the office lady was very rude.

Couldn't find the place, NO Sign!! It's sitting on the ground on the left side of the building. And to beat all, after Finally finding it, I was simply bringing a family member to this dentist and had to bring my dog with because she had a vet appt directly after. I was walking my dog outside on a leash because it was too hot to sit in the vehicle the entire time. A woman with dark hair that, I am assuming works there, yelled at me telling me I wasn't allowed to walk around the building. I said to her I was sorry that there is no sign stating as such. I walked in front of the building to the opposite side to get my dog in the shade as much as I could because it is 90+ degrees with climbing humidity. She got out of a fancy SUV and walked to where I was and went in the side door of the establishment. I stood outside by a drop-off creek for about 5 more minutes and took my dog to the car and sat in the air conditioning. Approximately 3 minutes later, an old man comes out that door, while I am in my vehicle watching him, looking for me I am assuming. I was doing Nothing wrong but bringing my family members to an appointment to Their Establishment, that is It!! And I was treated like a criminal and talked to like trash!! You can guarantee that I will spread the word in Greenup and elsewhere of how I was treated, for simply getting my dog some exercise for the car ride from Ashland, KY and some fresh air due to the heat!! Rude, Unfriendly, Dispassionate people and I only encountered a woman sitting in a vehicle outside the building and watched an old man (I am assuming to be the dentist) who was going to I guess Run Me Off!! I don't get it, Know that I will Not bring anymore business to this place!! Had my family not already signed in, we would have left!! And then to top it off, the hygienist left without cleaning my cousin's teeth and her 2 boys it took her 15 minuted with 1 and 10 minutes with the other and didn't even complete the entire cleaning process!! And the dentist screwed up my cousin's fillings. No 2nd trip here, That's 4 Sure!! Couldn't find the place, NO Sign!! It's sitting on the ground on the left side of the building. Takes his time and listens. He reads body language very well and can tell if you are uncomfortable.

So gentle, and took his time! He knew I was in a lot of pain and he actually listened!
