I had no wait when I got there. I checked in and was almost immediately taken to a room. Dr. Dickerman came in very quickly and went over all test results, and then explained my options for dealing with my back issues. He took time to answer all my questions and recommended we start with injections. He made me feel like I was important and that he was there to help me.

Great staff and doctors

I have been to see Dr. Dickermen three times for different reasons. Each time I have had very good experience. I would recommend to him.

Love Dr.Dickerman — he is so down to earth and very informative. If you need a good Neuro DR.. he is the ONE!!

Dr. Dickerman was very friendly and thorough and answered all my questions. His assistant administered an in office nerve block that seemed to help with my pain. I'm glad to have him as a specialist.

I saw Dr. Dickerman because of recurring lower back pain. He is very knowledgeable of available treatment options, and his treatment approach/care was based on my pain level and related issues, seeing if more conservative approaches worked first before moving to more aggressive or invasive options. Will continue to use in the future.

I went to Dr. Dickerman for a second opinion on my back issues and by the time I left there I had decided that he is now going to be my back doctor and not just a second opinion! He’s extremely nice and patient and explain things fully and well to you.

He is a lifesaver. The man is truly gifted, and his staff are all equally amazing!!

I think I'm in love I really like Dr Dickerson he listened and seem to care and help with my problems

The staff is very nice, Amy is the best and Dr. Rob Dickerman is precise, affable and easy to talk to.

I’m a new patient and called Monday for an appointment. The initial appointment was for a week later, then it was moved up to Friday, then moved to a call today, Tuesday. I had the appointment, the imaging was scheduled, and I was able to complete that today. Now waiting to get an appointment with Dr. Dickerman. Julie was great during our call this morning - professional, concise and caring. Thanks!

Did my surgery last year. Also treated several family members. Wonderful surgeon/physician; he cares about his patients, great bedside manner, and talks straight where you understand without a lot of 'doctor words'. All of his staff are wonderful, too! Highly recommend!

Dr Dickerman operated on my back 10 years ago and I have been pain free since. I recently had a neck injury and Dr Dickerman was able to see immediately what was going on and resolve the pain. I would never go to a different neurosurgeon. He is the best!

Dr Dickerman is an amazing surgeon. I highly recommend him. However my last visit with him felt rushed. It was a post op. I felt like he didn’t take the time to actually listen to me. I didn’t get to ask him post op questions either as he rushed out of the room. I’m sure he’s busy and more focused on patients who are needing immediate surgery, however, being dismissive to my concerns felt demeaning.

I had been to other neurosurgeon but went to Dr Dickerman years ago and will stay with him, he is the best. He listens and explains things very well.

Wonderful experience as a new patient! Office was bright, clean and comfortable. Physician was informative and personable. Has chiropractor on site that was very helpful and accomodating. Staff was pleasant and efficient. There was little to no wait time when we went (early am appt) which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Dickerman is an amazing highly-skilled Neurosurgeon who cares about helping his patients feel better and have better health; he takes time to thoroughly explain his recommendations and answer questions; his staff also cares about their patients; they provide excellent post-op care.

I was very impressed with the practice from the moment I walked in the door. I’m not good with names but everyone from the receptionist to the surgery scheduler and of course the doctors were kind, patient and willing to spend time listening and explaining. Dr. Dickerman is caring but also to the point, which I appreciate. He explained everything in detail and was very reassuring.

Have been impressed with the total medical staff. From the front desk to Aimi the PA, and Dr. Dickerman. They put you at ease and let you know they care.

Dr. Dickerman is easy to talk to and focused on my health. He spends the time to explain everything and I trust his recommendations and plan of treatment.

Dr Dickerman has performed my complex L2 fracture surgery in 2016 and to this date, it is working out great. He is the best in his field and I was lucky to have him as my surgeon. I occasionally follow up with him on back related check ups and always get the best advise and treatment.

I had great communication from start to finish with the office staff to the doctor. I was put at easy and given a treatment time. My time was valued and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The are very attentive and compassion and caring for your needs while in the office.

We went to Dr. Dickerman for a second opinion. This doctor and his staff were so impressive so we had to stay with them. They are first class! Very responsive and diligent in taking care of business!

Dr Dickerman is an amazing doctor and an excellent surgeon One that cares about getting to the root of your issue, in a timely manner. It's obvious that he has his patient's best interests in the forefront of his mind and and listens to his patient thoroughly.

I cannot to begin to say how much I appreciate Dr. Rob Dickerman for everything he did for me. His office staff was wonderful to me and my wife and keep us informed at all times what was going on. He told me after my surgery I would be pain-free and he was absolutely correct. Once the numbness wore out from the surgery, I was in NO more pain. I do not know too many doctors that you can call and speak directly to them when you have questions. He takes pride in his work as well as takes great care of his patients. Dr. Rob Dickerman is an excellent doctor. I recommend him to everyone. He listens then explains what you need or don't need. He is very professional yet takes his patients feelings under consideration. I truly appreciate his care for me since we met in 2006.
