Mr. Weldon caused my L&I claim to close stating there was nothing wrong with me after 3 visits AND never did an assessment to qualify making that statement (Been on L&I over 13 years). On 3rd visit I requested an assessment and letter of limitations, his comment was "how am I supposed to that?" LOL, he claims to be an L&I approved doctor... how could he not?

I have ask him and his colleagues to run certain test in my thyroid and he just ask why I try to explain but no test are needed is what he says

My wife died of un-diagnosed liver cancer. Went back and forth to him for over 3 months. Her belly looked 5mo. pregnant, sever skin itching, constant nose bleeds. Told us blood test showed a problem with a liver enzyme level but not to worry. She ended up in emergency room and almost died there. Within 15 min doctor had put 2 units of blood in her and suspected liver prob. She had stage 3 liver cancer, to late to do anything. I brought her home to die. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!!!!!!!!!
