While I think Dr Wall is great as well as the nursing staff at Palmetto, I think the front office and billing staff are sucky. The billing practices are pretty set from BC/BS but they seem to make a general ruling on things and say it applies to 90% of their patients. The wait times have also been VERY long on several occasions. While I like the doctor, I also think bad staff is a reflection on him, since he hired the person who hired the bad staff. Sumter is such a small pool, but do yourself a favor, go in a meet them and get their policies in writing before you decide to make them your primary care provider.
