This review will probably be deleted. It was a waste of time and money. No different insight than what i already had. I hope he helps others, for myself,never again.

I have called countless times leaving a message and never received a call back to set up a follow up appointment. It's now been close to 3 weeks and I've been trying to call with no answer.

I have been calling them for almost 4 weeks trying to get them to send my letter to my primary care physician and no one will pick up the phone. I paid my whole balance in full because this is really important to me and nothing. I am struggling and they can’t even answer the phone. The Eval and Sessions were great, super helpful, but they didn’t even bother to set up a follow up appointment after my last session. Dr. Schmitt is wonderful--of course he's a good listener but he also has great insights to share also. His receptionist Brandy is always sweet and very helpful too.

Dr. Schmitt is great at listening and is very caring. Love his receptionist also!

I called and left messages multiple times, asking them to return my call, never did. My last appointment my dad had just gotten diagnosed with Brain cancer. I missed my next appointment after that, no follow up call. I called to reschedule (no answer per usual) I left a message beginning them to return my call. No response.

Dr. Schmitt is outstanding! He’s the most knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever met. Dr. Schmitt truly cares about his patients, and his personality actually makes me look forward to going to the doctor. The receptionist is so kind, and I’ve never waited a minute past my appointment time. Doctors don’t get any better than Dr. Schmitt.

He's a good guy. From my understanding he really believes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy before trying pharmaceutical medicine.
