I can not express how grateful I am to have found this office. Everyone is so kind and helpful from beginning to end. They were amazing through my emergency situation, which was my first visit there. I have horrible anxiety and their genuine kindness put me at ease, not to mention Dr. Moussalli is amazing. Nearly a year later my son ends up with a dental emergency and they were there for him just the same, and even ended up staying late to take care of him! I highly recommend them to everyone! This is an amazing group of people who truly do care and are excellent at what they do!

This dentist is fantastic. He is cutting edge dentistry. I had major dental issues and not only did I have my problems completely resolved, he is state of the art cosmetic dentistry. I will never have to deal with dentures and I have learned so much from him explaining to me all my procedures. I highly recommend him and his staff is absolutely professional and supportive. Very good Dentist and I feel confident taking my children to him for dental care. He explains in details what he is getting done and why is needed the pros and cons. The only thing I don't agree is the charge fee for last minute cancellations or no show, when you have children anything can happen or schedule changes at last minuet and those extra charges really affect your balance that you have from other copays. I understand if you always do it but not if it is once in a while.

Very friendly , nice and intelligent people . I am coming here for the last 15 years . My kids (9 and 7 years old love them ) even my wife use to have another dentist . Since she start coming here we don't want to even thing about other dentist . We like them so much that we almost drive 45 miles to come here . All 5 stars from me .

He will not take shortcuts, as some other dental practices might, in giving me the best care to save and restore all of my teeth. Zero chance. Why in the world would you take a child who is afraid to get her first cavities filled and not let a parent be in the room while you were giving them shots? All she needed to be calm was to hold her dad's hand while you were giving the injections, it would have been much better alternative than having her literally screaming in fear. Now she's going to be scared of the dentist's office for the entirety of her life. You need to rethink your policies.

I have been going back and forth between a dentist and a root canal specialist in Kalzmazoo for 6 months and neither of them could figure out why I had pain for months. I decided enough was enough and called Richard Moussalli's office since they did some dental work for me years ago and I never had any problems with that work. My favorite things about Dr. Moussalli's office is a combination of his expertise and the staff's way of doing business. They're always on time and and are super efficient. I've never had an issue with an appointment.

I've been coming to Dr. Moussalli for decades now and I'm pretty old. Dr. M is the only dentist I've ever been to and that's why I trust him so much. They have spectacular service in the office and I enjoy having my teeth taken care of by them.

I can't even give one complaint for Dr. Moussalli. The entire place has great service, is family-oriented and everything about it is great.

My sister works at the office so I'm a little biased, but I think the staff is excellent. Dr. M is good. He's quiet and to the point, but he still gets along great with everyone.

I've been a patient since 2007 and I like Dr. Moussalli's office because everyone is friendly and family-oriented. I'm at ease there and they tell you up front what's going to happen and they make you comfortable.

I've never known any other dentist to go to. I really like the staff, they're real down to earth and very funny and friendly with you. Dr. Moussalli is good at what he does. They know me personally, so when I call them they know who I am and don't even have to look up my records. I feel like they understand me.
