First time patient and I had a great experience. The scheduling and intake process was quick and the employee was able to answer my questions. The facility is clean and the staff was professional and very well organized. The billing department helped me to understand the process and options. Most importantly the doctor was thorough, patient and competent which helped relieve my anxiety and apprehension.

I love Dr. Lachenmayr‘s dental practice! Everyone is so friendly and pleasant.They have state of the art equipment and machines. The place is immaculate! They take every precaution necessary to keep you and themselves safe from viruses such as Covid. They go over and above…. simply amazing! ?? Dr. Lachenmayr is as down to earth as they come. I’ve had large fillings and 2 other crowns from various dentists. The porcelain crown Dr Lachenmayer installed a few days ago was the best fitting one and the smoothest procedure I’ve ever had. Crown was created in his office and put in the same day. Perfect fit and a day later I don’t even realize it’s there. Two thumbs up. Was referred to him by friends and I’m glad I took their recommendation.

Great experience! Dr Lachenmayr was prompt, gentle and finished my filling quickly. The office staff is so sweet and welcoming. My recent routine cleaning was extremely thorough and the hygienist was a delight. Even people who hate the dentist will like this place !

Have been with Dr. Lachenmayr and his staff for years. Have had nothing but positive experiences and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist that is kind, thoughtful and always looking out for his patients.

The short, dark-haired hygienist I really loved. Everything about her as well as her work ethic is exceptional! She was personable and professional every time I visited! However, this dentist as well as his overweight blonde blue eyed receptionist are both grossly unprofessional all the way around! I typed out a complaint to Richard Lachenmayr about how rude his receptionist was to me not once but on two separate occasions. The dentist called me back almost a month later at 7am in the morning! When I asked him why he called my home that early in the morning he said because the practice opened at 7. ...which regardless, IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! (After all, it was not like he was calling to remind me I had an appointment for that morning) Additionally, I checked the website and it posted the office opening at 8 am. ..which makes him a liar in addition to being unprofessional. He went on to tell me that the receptionist I made the complaint about only gets compliments. (As if t

Today I went back to my dentist for the first time since February 2020. Although I felt apprehensive at first due to the current circumstances and the world around us in light of Covid, all of my fears and concerns seem to evaporate upon arrival. The staff could not have been more friendly, professional and courteous. Both Dr. Lachenmayr and my dental hygienist were wearing PPE that resembled HAZMAT suits. I felt extremely comfortable and so happy I kept my appointment today. I was also running 10 minutes behind due to construction traffic. I called the office to let them know, and they were more than accommodating. Myself and four family members love Dr. Lachenmayr and his staff!

Dr Lachenmayr is a very good Doctor. He is available to his patients 24 hrs a day. His staff is very friendly and helpful. His prices are very fair. He genuinely cares about his patients. He has state of the art equipment. He can make you a crown while you wait!

Awful. He lies to patients. He did veneers and crowns for my husband couple years ago and half of veneers were already replaced fir crowns by different dentist. He denied life warranty he gave my husband verbally when he paid over 10K For his new set of upper teeth and discharged him from practice. He did sloppy job and basically we paid twice for same procedure however second time it was done correctly and in professional manner. I would never refer anybody to his practice ever.

I had my first exam with Dr. Lachebmayr and hygenist Nickie-jo. My teeth have not felt this clean in years! The hygenist was wonderful and personable and Dr. Lachenmayr was kind, knowledgable and efficient. I highly recommend this office!
