Good folks - nice to have a collaborative team approach and the advocate / coordinator was super helpful.

I didn't like waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time to see him but he was nice.

The office was very efficient. I had very little wait time. The office staff were helpful and friendly. Dr. Geer was also friendly and thoroughly explained the forthcoming surgery.

The wait was a little long but that's ok if I have a good doctor. He seems to have his practice all together. Comparing my past experience with another doctor. He paid attention to my medical history. He is experienced. You can tell by his demeanor. I believe he has been doing this for 25 years. I think that will make all the difference. Dr Greer and the nurses and staff were very kind and compassionate. They treated me like an individual with whom they cared about and wanted to help. It was obvious that he was a highly respected individual that left me feeling confident in the quality of care I would receive from him.

Dr. Geer has done 3 surgeries on my husband. We can’t say enough great things about this man. The first two were for cancer and the third for a hernia. His surgical staff at Sarah Cannon are so wonderful and caring. His office staff are great and all are a reflection of Dr. Geer and his caring and expertise.

Never had an experience quite like this one. It was wonderful. Never experienced any pain and was back to normal almost immediately. Doctor and staff were amazing! Would pick Dr Geer for any surgery if he did them all.

Dr. Richard Geer performed a WHIPPLE PROCEDURE on me in December 2011. Pre surgery he thoroughly explained everything he'd have to do. He drew diagrams explaining what he'd have to remove and how he'd "hook" everything back up. I'd heard so many horror stories prior to my surgery that I was indeed worried out of my mind! I was told constantly to be prepared to be "throwing-up" daily after this surgery?? I have bad back problems and getting sick to my stomach to that point is torture! I'll do whatever is necessary to keep from throwing-up! This was on my mind so much that when Dr. Geer came to see me before surgery, that's all I asked him about! I NEVER THREW UP! Not the entire recovery period! This is one HARD surgery to go thru, but I honestly believe I had the BEST DR FOR IT! He came to my room the evening of and every day afterwards at 6:00 a.m. Nine days leading up to Saturday, Christmas Eve, my dismissal day! All visits with Dr. Geer were spot on! A+! Nothing negative!!

Not quite sure why this doctor has rave reviews. My sister just left his office, totally full of angst and fear regarding her recent , rare, cancer diagnosis and she said he rushed in and out, didn't introduce himself, didn't ask her her name. He asked to look the area where the cancer was detected, told her what he was going to do, didn't ask her if she had any questions or try to offer any information to allay her fears. Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he's desensitized, but whatever the explanation for his behavior, it left my sister wanting another doctor. I think Dr Geer was very nice and took time to explain what I was there for. I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING HE SAID TO ME . I'm glad I had him to explain each step . I feel much better now

Awesome staff in office. Seems very knowledgeable about my issues and surgery on Friday 2 nd of oct. Very fast getting me in and trying to solve my issue.

Everyone was courteous yet professional and friendly. They were well prepared. Wait was minimal. I received very good care. This was my first visit and I was impressed.

I had my first appointment Doctor deer I was pleased with the service of his office and dr. Geer himself I am now scheduled for surgery and I've been informed of everything that's going to happen I was able to ask questions and fully satisfied at this point

Dr. Geer, his nurse Kimberly, and entire staff are amazing. They all ensure that you are comfortable throughout your visit. Dr Geer takes time to explain in detail his prognosis. This is my second time using Dr Geer and his team and they are just as awesome as the first time!!!????????????

I saw Dr. Geer for a second opinion after having surgery with a local surgeon because the same issue was no better. My surgeon was not taking the issue seriously, and I was being dismissed repeatedly, but I knew something was wrong. I made the drive to Nashville to be seen by him and also to have another surgery to correct the issue, and it was well worth it. Dr. Geer knows what he’s doing and has excellent bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone over and over again. I saw Dr. Geer for a second opinion after having surgery with a local surgeon because the same issue was no better. Dr Geer removed my adrenal gland that was cancerous 20 years ago. I've been healthy ever since.
