Dr. Richard R. Eisenberg

My dad , 97, Went to see Dr. Eisenberg despite my protestations. While he was examining my dad and telling him that he was going on hospice and should not be given any serious treatment for skin cancers, as he was suffering with much more immediate health issues. Despite hearing this he gave my dad the cream equivalent of chemo. Ointment . This ended up being a huge mistake as my dad suffered more greatly from this procedure . A few weeks later my dad fell and as a result of the cream his face suffered significantly due to the cream. Even the hospice nurse questioned why a Dr. would use poor judgment on someone who would die of other events , thus adding to his suffering . Ultimately I should have never taken him to see this Dr. However , this Dr. , by using poor judgement , is culpable as well . My advice ? Unless it’s a generic dermatological problem stay away , particularly if compromised.

Haven been very happy with Dr. Eisenberg for many years. Excellent dermatologist!!!!

Dr. Richard Eisenberg is a wonderful and caring Dermatologist, and is extremely thorough. I highly recommend him!!

Over 1 hour late. Hurt me in exam. Didn't go over results with me. Rude. Did not make another appointment

I visited this doctor a year ago. I really liked how he treated me - he gets 5 stars BUT I just called trying to make an emergency appt bc I am traveling on business for the next week and I have an urgent issue. I was told by the secretary, "NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO HELP SO FIGURE IT OUT ON UR OWN." I have never been spoken to so rudely and condescending. I understand he might be full & that is fine but there is a way to speak to patients that she should really go back to night school to learn.

Dr Eisenberg is a great Doctor .....very knowledgable, through and extremely kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a dermatologist.

Dr. Eisenberg is intelligent, kind, and patient. There should be more doctors like him! I'm always proud to recommend him to a family member or friend. I've been patient for many years.

Dr. Eisenberg is not only a top dermatologist but also a warm and caring doctor. He listens to patients and really takes his time with you. He is smart, extremely competent, follows-up as needed and helps you to explore options. My husband was seeing a different dermatologists that was right in our town. I had him switch over to Dr. Eisenberg as I had been seeing him for regular skin cancer screenings. He is top notch!
