Dr. Richard V Dirkes

Very unorganized. Checked in to receive a referral for an urgent issue, over a week ago, and I call to find out they haven’t got a thing on record.

Dr Dirkes was the main doctor of a friend when she was in the hospital with a new cancer diagnosis. Dr Dirkes was very helpful with answering questions and addressing my concerns. Unlike some of the other doctors he wasn’t rude and condescending or treated me like an annoyance. I appreciate that he was open to my suggestion regarding an unrelated issue that also needed treatment but wasn’t being addressed. He promised me that my friend would get the needed medication and she eventually got it. I don’t know anything about Dr Dirkes medical skills but I can attest to his bedside manner.
