My initial visit with Dr Davis was great. I had no problems with the staff, and Dr Davis listened to my concerns. He sent me to have a conduction test done, and on the second visit the same staff was courteous and Dr Davis explained everything from the test. I have to have surgeries on both my wrists for carpal tunnel. He will be doing the surgery.

Great experience! Both Dr. Davis and his staff were wonderful. Love the new office!

Highly recommended. Not only does Dr. Davis have a wonderful bedside manner, he is also a great doctor. I'm very pleased with the services provided. Staff very pleasant and helpful (they even watched my 3 small children while I was being treated). I would highly recommend this office.

My 15 year old son suffered a spiral fracture on his pinky. The Dr opted for setting at the office. 4 weeks later the cast comes off and his pinky is twisted and still in pain. Dr wasn’t even concerned about it just told us to Come back in two weeks. NOT! We went to another Dr and due to the complexity we were refer to a pediatric orthopedic hand specialist. My son ended up having surgery and a plate with five screws. Now possible rehabilitation.

My 10 yr old child had a fractured elbow. He held her x-rays up to the overhead light in the office (not a light board). He never took another x-ray or ran any other tests such as MRI or ultrasound. He put her in a bent arm cast for 5 weeks. When it came off, her arm was stuck at a 90 degree angle.. Therapy didn't help. She had to go to Augusta for reconstructive surgery. When asked why he didn't refer her to a pediatric ortho or run tests, he got offended & rude. He ruined her arm. & blamed me.

The Dr seemed bothered that he had to attend to me as a patient. His staff does not do what they say they will do and they do not return phone calls. I would never recommend anyone to use Dr. Davis and/or his staff. His staff is completely unprofessional and unconcerned.

I have no complaints about Dr. Davis or his nurse but the office staff are RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!

the worst office staff I've ever encountered in my life. They are unconcerned and unprofessional. The surgeon was unprepared and had not even reviewed my MRI when I went on for surgery Consultation. They. Do not return phone calls and they actually Hung up on me when I called to inform them I decided to switch surgeons. DO NOT GO HERE.

Dr Davis is a very good doctor BUT his front office staff is rude. If you dont like your job, you need to leave!! FYI: It doesn't hurt to smile a little bit!

He wouldn't make eye contact with me. I always look ppl in the eyes when I talk, I think it's respectful. He barely talks, no bedside manners at all. Always crowded long wait time for 3 minutes with dr

His initial payment is very reasonable and he sets up payment plans..............he is very personable; has a great bedside manner; and actually listens to his patients.............

My 4 yr old son has a fracture to the finger. It has been a traumatic couple of days for a 4 yr old. They would not allow 2 people in the room but seen a Hispanic family come out from the back. Also dr Davis never said a word to me except that it was a fracture which I already knew. He just rebandaged it. The nurse did all the talking. My son has been a trooper through this and he didn't say one word to him or explain further treatment to me. Very rude and uncaring would not recommend ever

I have finally found a physician who cares!!! This doctor agreed to see me despite my not having the greatest insurance. I had been turned down by other offices and had almost given up hope of finding an orthopedist. Dr. Davis is a God send.

I had arthroscopic knee surgery. This procedure is very painful. I never heard back from Dr. Davis or his staff for after care until I chose to call there. The dr. was not really concerned of the pain and said it will take time to heal. this is all to be expected. when I asked for a stronger pain medicine to get me through, but it took me having to be in tears for him to write out something. I took this medication as prescribed but felt as if I was a common drug addict when it was being wrote.
