Dr. Richard Lee Carpenter JR.

Dr. Carpenter has been my doctor for 30 years. He is professional and a wonderful person. I think he is awesome.

Great doctor very personable, kind and helpful staff

Very friendly staff and amazing Doctor! He listens to you and explains matters completely. If asked he will suggest an alternate treatment. He has been amazing with scheduling for short notice conditions. So convenient in my quaint town of SC.

Dr. Carpenter cares for my elderly parents in SC, as I live in Virginia and have need to communicate with him via phone. He always returns calls and is very knowledgeable regarding their health issues. I can't say enough good things about him and his extremely efficient and courteous staff!!

The best Doctor

Just slow....everything about them is slow. Unless you have a basic, common issue, don't waste your time. Head to Columbia or Charleston. They operate in turtle speed. Waiting forever on a referral to get the heck up out of there!

Dr. Carpenter and his staff has on many occasions been a blessing to us. The care and help they have given us is not only been professional but has helped in a time of need. Thank you !!!

Very unprofessional and the most backwoods hillbilly group of so called medical professionals I have EVER been to. The worst experience I have ever had with a WHOLE doctor’s office, including the doctor. I have been in SC for over 25 years and recently moved to this small town after retiring. The whole office is unprofessional, unsympathetic and just rude as heck, including the doctor! Every one of these, obviously unhappy, losers in the medical field should really consider another profession.

He truly LISTENS to his patients and deals with their concerns in a very compassionate manner.

Lady was very rude

Though he runs a busy practice Dr Carpenter has always taken time to hear my concerns in regard to my symptoms, illnesses etc. His diagnosis has never let me down. Courteous staff to boot.

Been going to dr. Carpenter for over 20 years. Has always been spot on with diagnosis of any problems I have had. I think he is a great family doctor.

He is one of the best providers I have seen. Very thorough and up to date on medical treatments.
