The receptionist at this office is one of the rudest and most ignorant public service employees that I have ever come into contact with. The medical staff is great, if you can get past the receptionist. She will argue with you round and round, speak over you, recant previous statements and literally put you down as you speak with her. It is amazing that a person can be so completely unhelpful, yet work for a doctors office. I highly recommend finding another doctor's office. There are several in the area. If you have any of a long lost of 25 symptoms, they will not see you in clinic. It was a long day, I had fatigue and they refused me. So just be aware, because their restrictions are not communicated whatsoever prior to any appointment. What is this office doing if not seeing 'well' patients??

Very clean facility that has COVID safety protocols in place & enforced. Doctor Sy & staff are all pleasant, knowledgeable, and caring.

Dr Sy and her staff are wonderful....Spends time with her patients and explains things so u understand what's going on with ur health....I recommend Dr Sy to anyone and everyone....

I have been going here for 27 years she has always taken care of me my whole life. Wonderful staff and doctor.

Dr. Sy recommended that I have my gallbladder removed because she wrote in my records that i went to the ER for pain. I never went to the ER for pain. I also found out two years after a blood test that I am borderline diabetic. This was very important information considering. I had gestational diabetes while pregnant. She is always rushed and seems to get her facts confused. She will repeat what I have said, and I often have to correct her.

I'll agree with the others who said that Dr. Sy is caring and takes the time needed to assist you. I have never felt rushed, even at the end of the day. She listens. I was shocked to receive a phone call regarding a prescription on a Sunday afternoon.

Dr. Robadio (Sy) is great! She spends a great deal of time with patients - even when it pushes her after hours. She's very thorough and great with follow-up as well.

Dr Rebadio Sy cares about her patients and will go out of her way to help someone. She listens to what a person has to say and then asks questions to help determine what she can do for that patient. She talked to me about my problem, then she examined me and sent me for the x-rays and scans that I needed. She decided a course of action for me and I received a phone call from her office informing me of the results and what I needed to do . I highly recommend Dr Rebadio Sy.

Excellent - Very thorough. Explains things well. Spends time answering questions.

I suffer from anxiety and she told me to find a new job... that’s not what I want to hear from my general physician. Maybe she should be the one looking for a new job. The office is extremely backed up on paperwork and hasn’t returned my insurances request to refill a prescription I’m skipping (and shouldn’t be)

Dr. Rebadio has always taken great care of me and my family. She has been my doctor since i was about 3 years-old and I am now 25, I have never had any issue with her or any of her staff. I have always been well cared for and everything has always been thoroughly explained to me and I have always received the best treatment.
