Wait time was at a minimum and staff is excellent and you can tell they generally like their jobs! Dr. Russell is awesome! She takes time to talk with you and listens!

Great staff and a great Doctor. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better provider or a more professional staff.

Seeing Dr Russell is always a very positive experience. She is a good listener and communicator.

Dr. Russell has been our Doctor since she started practicing in Grove. She has always seen us when we need an appointment and is always thorough, kind and compassionate. Dr. Russell and her entire staff are friendly, kind and compassionate, Don't know what we would do without her. We highly recommend Dr. Russsell.

You are greeted by two wonderful ladies who are helpful in every way. If you call the office they take care of you quickly and cheerfully. The doctor's nurse is very knowledgeable and friendly. She will answer any questions you may have. Dr. Russell is friendly and aware of your conditions. She thinks through your questions and answers based on your chart. A great experience all the way around!

In and out speedily with full protection from covid. Everyone including the staff at the rescheduling desk was professional and friendly! Helps to ease the stress of even having to be there.

Dr Russell always listens to my health concerns. She carefully reviews all blood tests with me so I can understand the results. She is a great doctor and shows concern for all her patients.

I just moved to the area. Dr. Russell listened to me & helped me get medically acquainted with the area. Shortly after moving here, I broke my ankle and Dr. Russell comprehensively connected all the moving parts (ortho, ER) etc., to ensure the BEST patient care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Russell & her clinic of very caring staff!!! :)

Dr Russell has been my primary Dr for 12 years. During this time she has provided excellent care and if a referral was needed she recommended several excellent specialists. She takes the time to listen to me and never makes me feel rushed.

Very nice staff. Dr. Russell is caring, takes time with me, doesn't rush through my appointment, answers my questions with clear explanations. I like that patients appointments are spread apart enough that there is rarely a wait. Very efficient office.

Love this office, Dr. Russell listens, explains things well, we have never had to wait very long, refills of medicine always quick. Darcy is wonderful, sees to whatever you need ASAP. The front desk gals are great! So considerate.

Great staff! The doctor, nurses and office staff are very efficient, prompt and welcoming. Dr. Russell really listens to you and thinks/researches the best treatment for you. Dr. Russell takes times with her patients and I never feel that she is rushed or that I need to be. Highly recommended.
