She always remembers what we spoke about at previous appointments no matter if it is a year ago, diagnosis related or small talk. It lets me know that she is truly listening and I never feel rushed. She thoroughly explains things to me if I need elaboration; I am also a healthcare professional so she doesn't have to use layman's terms though. She is kind, experienced, knowledgeable and very attentive and I will stay with her as long as I can!
