I have been seeing this doc since last year. She has a rare quality in actually listening and paying attention to the minute details of symptoms and history. She was able to draw things out that warranted greater scrutiny. Both she and her office assistant are highly attentive and responsive. For the first time in a long time, I didn't feel like just a box to check or another insurance payment. She freely offers referrals to highly respected docs whose expertise supplement her own. And she has the trusted relationships with them to get you prioritized as a patient. I have complicated medical conditions that may take patience to unravel. At this point, I feel I can trust traversing this journey with her. Update: After onset of the pandemic, I learned that this office hasn't evolved with the times. Doc have me a christian pamphlet when I shared symptoms of depression. I found her referrals to be more of the "friends and family plan" type versus exceptonal physicians. Her circle is limited due to where she is on staff. She had zero appetite for telemedicine. I appreciate the personalized service of a small practice. But I'm not fond of the limitations. First day ever meeting her, and she treated me like a good friend. She is empathetic, efficient, and very personable. I got 2 for one; a doctor and friend. I highly recommend her!

She pushed religion on me and said it will help cure my anxiety and depression. She made me take a pocket bible home, which is overstepping and not professional at all. She never really listened to my health problems, I always felt I wasn’t heard.

Dr Simone and staff are very personable and competent.

I have been a patient of Dr. Simone since 2003. She is everything a family doctor should be. She takes the time to listen which is the most valuable asset a doctor can have. She does not over schedule patients so you never feel rushed. Dr. Simone has been a blessing to both me and my family.

I recently moved to Michigan from Honolulu after separation from the USN. I contacted Dr. Simone's office to make an initial consultation for general continuation of care. I was scheduled within the same week, and I was seen at my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Simone listened intently to all of my past medical history and current concerns. Her bedside manner was outstanding! She is kind, well-versed in my existing conditions, and she was very clear and concise when discussing her ideal treatme

Absolutely horrible customer service. The office staff is impolite and does not care about the customer. They are forgetting that we can change our doctor very easily, which is waht we plan to do. They ordr unnecessaty tests and dont take responsibilty when questioned about the matter.

Great family physician! She actually spends time listening, answers questions, and addressing any health concerns. I've never felt rushed and always felt as if she truly cared. I also appreciate that she recommends non-prescription solutions when applicable (probiotics, diet changes, programs to help with developing natural sleep patterns, etc).
