Dr. Conover is simply the best!

Excellent health care service and a wonderful staff.

Fast friendly service I would use them again.

DR. RANDY CONOVER IS MY FAVORITE DOCTOR AND HAS BEEN FOR 20 YEARS. I'VE MOVED TO MISSOURI. IF I HAVE TO DRIVE 50 MILES I'M STILL USING DR. CONOVER. NO OTHER DOCTOR FOR ME.

Facility is nice and clean. Staff super attentive and professional. Everything done in a timely fashion. Thank you very much for your service.

I saw Dr. Connover as a new patient for my sched2 medication. I asked over the phone if that was something he did and was told yes. Once there he accused me of being on multiple controlled substances (I’m not), even to the point of bullying me about incorrect information regarding my prescriptions. He was looking for any reason to not prescribe the meds I was specifically there to get the ones they said yes to over the phone that I have been on for 4+ years under another doctor. He was against every medication I had, trying to change things that are working well and shaming me for even needing them. Was visibly annoyed by everything I had to say; he did not care. He prescribed me something totally different saying to come back in a month for a drug test to make sure there was nothing in my system outside of my existing prescriptions. My one or two migraine pills a month were treated like I was an addict. Condescending. Arrogant. Disrespectful. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Dr. Conover and his staff are always very pleasant.

Great Doctor

Very pleased.

Dr Conover addressed all my concerns. Even recognizing my effort to improve my health.

Dr Conover is a good physician who will take time to look for answers when they aren't obvious, to help his patients. I appreciate that when things are difficult to accept he cuts thru confusion and makes very clear priorities.

Love Dr Conover and his staff. Friendly, professional. They take the effort to get to know me personally and make sure I’m taken care of. I recommend them every chance I get!

Furst time visiting, he was friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns and provided his medical advice/expertise. I didn't feel rushed, nor did he short changed me on my examination.

Dr. Conover’s office staff are very nice and very helpful. Dr. Conover is one of the few Dr.’s I have been to that is willing to think “outside the box”. He is happy to work with you to find a solution to what is happening with your health and is patient and willing to refer you to someone if that is more beneficial for you. Dr. Conover is also easy to talk to and you can tell the wheels are always turning as he figures out what to do next. I highly recommend him.

Went for a quick wellness check. Utilized the online the night before to save time. Unfortunately there was more paperwork to do when I arrived for the appointment. The check in nurse did a good job. The doctor gave me the wellness check. I received a shot from another nurse and gave blood for tests. The appointment was done well and I was on my way home with no issues. Walked in and immediately felt like family!!

Dr.Conover is an excellent doctor. I've been to many physicians over the years to find help for my condition, including Mayo Clinic. Dr. Conover has done more to help me than any other physician. Despite the challenges he has never given up. He continues to seek new ideas of ways to help me improve my health. He takes a personal interest in his patients and doesn't treat them like a number. He is kind, caring and compassionate. His entire staff are always friendly and promptly answer any phone calls or messages. Scheduling appointments are so easy and usuallly I can get in the same day. Cant say enough makes you feel at home and not being rushed in and out!

As a man who doesn't like going to the doctor, I feel that Doctor Conover is both empathetic and compassionate. He has always listened and has educated me regarding my health issues and how to properly deal with them. He has never lectured me or tried to ridicule me for my bad habits that have lead to some of my problems. He tells it like it is and it's my responsibility to heed his advice. Once he has addressed the medical part of the office visit, he is great at listening to what is going on in my world and truly wants to know about the good things that are happening. Unlike many doctors, he is not patronizing or condescending and relates well to "average Joe's" like me. So, if you need a good solid family doctor, I would highly recommend Dr. Randy Conover. I was extremely nervous going to a new place. He has a bedside manner that puts you at ease and directs the visit to a place of calmness. I will be referring other patients to him. Randy is a good Doctor. He knows his stuff and fixes me up when I'm sick and that's why I've been going there for 10+ years, plus it is near home. His bedside manner needs improvement... I would like him to take an interest in me and my health. During visits he only focuses on the illness and each time I feel like it is the 1st visit. I would love for him to do one of the following: follow up on anything from a previous visit. Ask about family, Mention anything I should be looking for at my age like tests, etc. It takes a while to be seen and when he is there I want him to talk to me like a friend and not feel like he is in a hurry. I understand doctors are busy people (specially nowadays) but I want to get a more personalized visit from my Family Doctor than what I get when I go to the MedExpress or the dentist (All great visits). I would suggest to ask at least 1 get to know you question per visit and take notes after the visit. Read my history file, recent tests, and notes and bring some of it up next visit. After a few visits you'll have a lot of notes to talk about and even if it is only health related things we can talk about it and it would feel like our doctor patient relationship is more than just a business transaction.... Just moved here and happy I chose him for a new doctor, very insightful and had someone else taking notes so he could listen to me. Felt welcomed and looking forward to having my health in his hands.

Would recommend a veterinarian over this guy, couldn't care less about what your ailment is. You'll get a poor diagnosis and referral for even serious health problems. Go literally any where else!

I’m McLove’n this DOE…

I moved to Bella Vista and it is still worth the drive to come in and see Dr Conover. Friendly service and helps make sure you get the help you need, also he does a lot of work for the community, the area, and college bound students with his volunteer work through church and local scholarship fundraisers. Would recommend.

Always well attended to. Staff are amazing! Dr.Conover is very knowledgeable and always takes time to listen. I have never felt rushed.

Fantastic Dr. Timely and professional but approachable and down to earth. Dr Conover REALLY listens. One of the best Dr’s we have ever seen. He is proactive and I trust his advice. Office staff is fantastic which is hard to find. Noe at the front desk checkout is such a nice guy, caring and helpful. The nurse Frankie is amazing. 0 stars if I could. Don't bother, waste of time. He doesn't actually care about you. He's only in it for the money. Doesn't listen to what you say and awful bedside manner. If you don't agree with him he will verbally put you down and degrade you. Not sure what happened. Over the years he just stopped caring at all. He is very much one of those doctors who think they know your body better than you do. 0 stars if I could. Don't bother, waste of time. He doesn't actually care about you. I will change my rate on my next visit in April if it improves. Last month the staff didn't do their part by calling in the specialist that Dr. Conover wanted me to see. I visited Dr. Conover last Wed and yet have not heard from ENT specialist that Dr. Conover wanted me to see. This is an area that could improve easily.

Quick, caring treatment. Dr Conover and his staff listens and are very personable.

He took the time and did the testing to determine what I had, pneumonia, and got me the medication that is getting me better.

Dr. Randy Conover is extremely efficient. Working in a well-organized office. Would definitely recommend.

Dr Connover is an excellent physician. We are blessed to have him within walking distance of our house. The clinic has always been an excellent resource for the Centerton community.

He is knowledgeable, but I will not go back to see him again! I will though go back and see Renetta Nicholes!! She is a great doctor who you can see cares about you!

Dr. Conover is the best doctor I've ever had. He cares about his patients more than the money. He is awesome! He tries to get to the root of the problem not put a bandaid on it.

Ive been coming here since I was young!! I really recommend. It is a quick visit and he always makes sure my needs and concerns are taken care of. The rest of the nurses and staff are amazing as well!

My husband had his first appointment with Dr. Conover. I went with him so I'm writing this review from both of us. The entire staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Conover is both empathetic and professional. I believe we are in good hands and am happy to have found him and his staff.
