Mr. Randolph Lee Lamberson

My husband went to Lamderson it was the most u norganized Doctor I have ever seen. He gave them everything they wanted then then he called to get prescription refiled they said they didn't have his phone number . They would not let me know anything I tried many times to get them to do their job but that didn't happen. So I got another Doctor and then they called in my prescription .I would not send my worst enemy to them don't bo it you will be sorry

I would recommend anyone that needs a local doctor go see Dr lamberson. Clean office and staff is very friendly.

Office staff is very professional and Dr. Lamberson takes quality time with each of his patients. I have not witnessed this in a long time! He is my new primary care physician and I’m glad he was recommended to me.

It’s absolutely insane that there could be no one in the office and i still have to wait over an hour EVERYTIME i come in. Someone needs to do better at scheduling because not everyone has time to sit for almost 2 hours.

Nice bedside manner. Kind. Compassionate. Knowledgeable.

Very friendly and caring doctor

Great doctor who always simplify his answers for understanding. I always value his option and that is why he is my primary and will remain primary PCM.

I have been a patient of Dr Lamberson for a few years , and although his staff is courteous and professional, he has changed . At my last appointment my wait time was over one hour , he was rude , insulting and lacked any measure of compassion and did not call in the antibiotic I saw him for . He is no longer my doctor and can try to humiliate someone else .

Dr. Lamberson was very attentive to my medical needs as a new patient.

Went in for a scheduled appointment for a Pulmonary Function Test and updated Pneumonia, Tetnus Vaccine. When I arrived, staff changes were evident. Didn't know why I was there. I wasn't sick, only following up with Dr Lambersons recommends.Payed Copay and left with only a Tetnus shot in which I could have got at pharmacy. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Randy. He's very thoughtful, thorough and spends time listening and answering any questions you may have. I just hope that he stays where he is in Chelsea. Sincerely Wes Crim . Dr. Lamberson and staff were all very caring even at a curbside visit. Dr. Lamberson took very good care of me and I sincerely appreciate his service.

Dr. Lamberson is intuitive, highly knowledgeable, compassionate and reassuring. I always actually look forward to visiting with him!

Down to earth explorations - exceptional !

First time visiting Dr Lamberson and there were no issues. He seemed focused on my medical issue and I believe asked all the appropriate Questions. Wait was extremely long in waiting room but not too long in exam room.

Great visit! Diagnosed the problem and recommended treatment plan. It has worked great. Short wait time. Glad I went to get my problem taken care of with Dr. Lamberson.

I was diagnosed with Covid by another office who said: you are positive, quarantine for 14 days. They said nothing about how to treat any symptoms, what to look out for, no prescription of any sort-NOTHING! Dr. Lambert added me on to his busy schedule that was already full. He advised me to get a pulse ox and if it goes to 90, go to the emergency room. He called in two prescriptions after listening to my symptoms and concerns. He advised me on what to watch out for and was understanding and comforting during a scary time. I’m truly grateful for Dr. Lambert! Dr. Lamberson is wonderful. Very patient and thoughtful bedside manner. I have been around athletics most of my life, so it's nice to have a doctor who actually understands that point of view. If you need a GP, he's really great.

He would not listen to my concerns. Have a history of asthma. Ask him multiple times to refer me to a pulmonologist, said I did not need to go to one. I am now getting chemo for stage 4 lung cancer. Would not recommend him. We should all learn to be our own patient advocate!!!

I set an appt with Dr. Lamberson bc my previous doctor had no openings. I live in Chelsea & was hoping to switch to Dr. Lamberson to save on travel time. Upon setting the appt, I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my 9:30 appt. I did, & proceeded to wait & wait. I figured the conversation I heard from the back was a sign that he was thorough. There were 2 patients in the waiting room when I arrived. I was called back around 10:15, & the nurse, who was very nice, checked my vitals. I waited. From the room next door I continued to hear conversation. Now closer, I heard words like "Auburn," "running back," "the government," $3,000,000." I stuck my head out & asked the nurse if I had been waiting an hour for him to talk about football. She was apologetic. I waited a few more minutes & decided to leave. The receptionist (also nice) refunded my copay. I sat in my car on the phone a few minutes. As I started my car, the patient before me walked out. It was after 10:30. Would not recommend.

My mother sees dr.lamberson. they never send refills or new scripts in when they say they will. If you run out of your meds your out! Cant rely on them to keep you healthy!

Dr. Lamberson was very thorough with my annual wellness checkup. He went over my lab results to ensure I understood everything, answered all.my questions, and gave me suggestions to maintain my good health and increase my energy.

Dr Lamberson is very patient and thorough. He takes lots of time explaining test results and answers any question you may have. I feel very confident in referring him to friends and family.

Dr. Randy Lamberson is wonderful, caring compassionate human feeling Dr. He assesses your needs and promptly takes care of situation. His nurse Tammy is great, she makes me feel cared for and pays attention to what you say your problem is. Both are worth more than you know. I'd go where he practices medicine anytime. Dr. Lamberson has taken care of myself and my family for over 20 years. Each year he has continued to provide outstanding care, the likes of which I have found no equal. Dr. Lamberson listens and answers questions very well, and makes it feel like he understands you and your needs.
