Truth is i was happy with my care here until today :(. I was left in a exam room for over a hour today in alot of bladder pain. I probably won't come back. i felt like they where over booked. I walked out in pain with no answers about my issues.

Dr. Bickle had been my primary care physician for 15 years. He has always given me sound caring advice. He listens carefully, genuinely cares about his patience and most important he is a brilliant Doctor. Have been going to Dr. B for over 30 years. Listens to what you have to say and does not rush you out of the office. Great attitude, great staff. They treat you like a person, not just a patient or account. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Bickle is an extremely genuine and caring doctor. He listens to you intently and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Would recommend him to anyone!

What's the point of scheduling an appointment if you have no intention of holding to that schedule? Sat in the lobby for over an hour just to be shuffled into an exam room for more waiting. Either schedule your appointments properly or don't bother scheduling them at all. On top of that the doctor doesn't really listen to you and has this nasty habit of talking past you. Dr. Bickle is very kind and down to earth. His staff is great! I love the environment there.

Dr Bickle and staff are wonderful, caring people. It is awesome to finally have a doctor that cares about me as a person, not just about the money that I bring in for him. Thank you Doctor Bickle and Staff!!

Very good doctor. He does not just dismiss you and write you scripts...he really wants to understand and help. The staff is top notch and have always accommodated me when something was urgent, even when the appointment request was short notice.

First time seeing the doctor and staff today. Very happy with them. Very courteous and professional.. They seem to be genuine and caring. Thank you much!
