I was so disappointed in my experience. From the disinterested woman who did preliminary test & put drops in my eyes to the fake friendliness of dr. Santos. It’s obvious that he’s giving a canned speech and he plows through it like it’s a race. He didn’t provide any written instructions just to come back to see him. I chose him because he placed high in Philly mags top docs for 2020. They need to adjust their standards. Do not recommend dr. Sando. Keep looking.

Very rushed, canned speech. Fake friendliness. This is a factory. I do not recommend.

His staff were very good with the preliminary exams, and Dr Sando spent quite a bit of time with me. He explained everything clearly.

Dr. Sando bordered on being rude. Hew was short, very non-communicative, was very rushed, and overall has a very bad beside manner. I had to ask a lot of questions in order to get information beside what was in his pre-written handout. Find someone else, unless it is a emergency.
