Totally unprofessional staff. Account showing co-pay is needed and they are the ones who took the payment. Doctor won't acknowledge that he didn't read or keep a copy of the referring physician's requests. Did nothing the referring physician asked and since he didn't read it they didn't take care of any of those requests or at least say we don't do that here. Just very unorganized and not apologetic for any of it.

I don't think I have ever encountered a more dedicated, thorough, accessible, and knowledgeable physician my entire life. Pat, in his office, is also outstanding. He managed my diabetes for many years. I'm happy to say that I'm no longer a patient because I had gastric bypass surgery several years ago and my diabetes went into full remission afterwards. I no longer need care for it. I can't say enough how much respect I have for him and his staff. Everything about Dr. Schwartz is awesome. You'll feel welcome from the door. He is extremely thorough as is his office assistants.

A very experienced specialist, who is constantly researching the latest progress to help his patients. As important, he has Really Incredible Staff, across the whole team, but particularly Patricia at the front desk. She is so attentive, efficient, friendly and organized, plus remembers each patient as if family. A real gem.

I have known Dr. Schwartz professionally at Penn Medicine and also more recently at his private practice. He is a good diagnostician and has a deep understanding of medicine. Endocrinology is a nuanced and challenging specialty and he really excels in his field.

Never ever having seen a psychiatrist for any problems Dr Schwartz (an endocrinologist treating me for diabetes)decided I had a depression problem and added notes to that effect to my medical records. I had to contact the hospital and the state of Pa to have them removed. I have an idea they were in my file for years so who knows what types of medical treatment I was denied based on those kind words from this genius (spelled with two A'ss) I only saw him as an admitted patient at the U of Penn He was assigned to me so not only did he not know me he is delusional, assuming and very dangerous and I can imagine he transferred to BMH because of some type of ethics violation or complaint lodged against him at the University of Penn Hospital. I have only been seeing Dr. Schwartz for a few months and have been seeing the positive results of his approach to treating diabetes. Not only does he have an aggressive attitude towards treating my condition, his office staff are absolutely wonderful. The entire office is responsive and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Schwartz if you have diabetes and wish to regain control of your health.
