I have been seeing dr lepley for over 15 years and I won’t go anywhere else! Love the staff and love love chewy being there!! She is a wonderful doctor!

This doctor ruined my moms life. She only cares about one thing as she pushes suboxone like its candy. This is supposed to help an addict. Not make them dependent on this drug. I hope my dad follows through with what he said and lawyers up to ensure the loss of her liscense. Horrible horrible place! Office staff is rude as well.

My experience w Dr lepley have been wonderful I referred my 2 sons to her as well and I have never had a docter as caring as her I love u dr lepley And thank u for treating me and my sons so kindly

I have been seeing Dr Lepley for 13 years now. On and off. When I moved I needed one even closer that I could walk to if need be, so I had to leave her for a few. But as soon as I was in a position to see her again, I did. This women, this Dr, was one of the only souls on this planet who I felt actually heard me and cared enough to do something about it. Over the course of a year she has undone every horrible thing that other Dr's had done, or didn't do, same difference, to me. She has gotten me to a point of feeling better that I haven't felt in years. I owe a lot to this incredibly kind and loving Dr. I really do. And to her staff. And Her staff, Insert Heart soaring emoji, they are truly some amazing humans, whom you are able to tell that they really try their best as well and care about you. Short waiting time & super accommodating staff. Dr. Lepley is very caring and gets to know her patients well.

There is not one competent person in this office. Even after 3 weeks of going back and forth, nothing has been done correctly as far as referrals and authorizations. Definitely would never recommend this office to any friends or family members.

I love doctor lepley but whoever sends the prescriptions in never does it right. Every time I go this office the doctor writes down the information for my prescriptions and they either just don’t get sent to the pharmacy at all or the wrong thing gets sent. It’s very frustrating.

I have been a patient of Dr.Leplys for over 10 years along with my mother & daughter! Dr Leply is very personable friendly with a great bed side manor always happy to see us very knowledgeable we NEVER wait long & makes us feel completely comfortable. Unfourantly her receptionist Catelyn is another story. For the past few months I have had issues with the receptionist not answering calls I called over 5 times in a hour I decided to use a different cell w/another number & immediately my call was answered ( I now have the same issue w/that number) On My last appointment I walked in since I could not get anyone to answer & was was immediately told they do not accept walk-ins even tho the site says walk-ins welcomed & for 10yrs a sign posted walk ins welcomed. I started talking to another staff member about the issues when Catelyn immediately intrupted & yelled at me for about 2 min in front of a office full of 5 or more patients my mother & daughter stating I'm the only person w/this issue she is to overwhelmed & busy to answer every call she rudely told me I should make my next appointment before I leave. I was so embarrassed & shocked I waited in the car until it was my turn & as I walked back to my room & passed the employee only room I could hear Catelyn bad mouthing me. Dr Lepley was not in that day & I do NOT think for a second she is even aware of the phone screening & the rudeness of her receptionist Catelyn. I have been going to Dr. Lepley's office for around 4 years now. I could not be happier with my experience overall. The staff is very polite. From the office personnel, to the nurses, and even the lab tech staff. One of the training Drs that was previously working there (Jordana) literally saved my life. Dr.Lepley is one of those Drs that take the time to know her patients. Even when they're really busy she still takes a few moments to ask how Im doing and what's going on in my life. I almost feel like family walking in there. Even when I know I might need to see a specialists outside of Dr.Lepleys I still go to her office first to get her opinion because I know she will give me a general idea of whats going on with me and the treatment I am going to be needing. I cannot see how anyone could be displeased or unhappy with Dr.Lepley or any of her staff. I would recommend her practice to anyone and everyone. Six or seven years ago was my first experience at Dr. Lepleys office. I went to this office a handful of times, and didn't come back. I stayed away from this office because of red flags. The nurse told me she was on drugs and smoked marijuana, saying, "..I encourage my daughter to smoke with me;" and Dr. Lepley wore low cut shirts showing off cleavage, and I listened to her receptionist beg Dr. Lepley for money to get pop out of a vending machine,...like a beggar. I understand it takes time for a new office to get organized, but my gut feeling told me to stay away...that there was trouble there. When I got sick with bronchitis and needed a note from work, decided to give Dr. Lepleys office a second chance. I went back, assuming they we're more organized. I called to make an appointment, and was told to come in. I walked into the office, signed in, and waited to be taken to a room. I was led into a room, and told to sit in a chair that had fecal matter, (brown poop) on the chair, also, the examining table was dusty with dirt. It was obvious they didn't clean the room. I pointed this out to Melissa, the Nurse Practitioner who cleaned the fecal matter with her bare hands with a wet rag. I reminded her to use gloves to protect herself, but she didn't. Melissa was annoyed that I didn't sit in a chair covered with a glob of brown fecal matter...I realized later that it was intentional, that the office was hateful for whatever reason they had, and it was intentional that they wanted me to sit in it. I asked Melissa if she was a doctor because usually rooms are cleaned by tecs, not doctors. She was annoyed and snapped at me rudely asking, "...is there a problem with that?" Melissa was trying to pick a fight with me. I calmly replied, "..no, I just didn't know your role." I told her I was sick and needed a doctors note signed. She agreed to fax it over excusing me for five days off work. Melissa never kept her word, there is no integrity within Dr. Lepleys office. The document was never sent. I called ...and the staff hung up. I called ...and the staff didn't answer. I called ...and the staff didn't answer. I called ...and finally I reached the receptionist...who was equally rude. I asked if they faxed the document over. She replied, "...your talking to me like I'm stupid," ..which was untrue. I replied, "..no, I'm just trying to explain myself so you'll understand me and my needs better so we can connect with what needs to be done." She replied, "...we'll send the document." ...they never sent the document. Reflecting: Dr. Lepleys office is enveloped in chaos, and uses baiting techniques to quarrel with patients. Their holding the document over my head to bait me to call back to create conflict..theirs no intention of sending it, they want to hang it over my head to entice me to call back to have someone to fight with...I'm not playing their games any longer. If you understand narcicism..here are the facts: Dr. Lepleys has no conscience, no empathy, or accountability, they role play being victims, are hostile and argumentative, a history of chaos and creating drama, and no attention to the feelings and rights of a patent. They don't keep their word, and have absolutely no feelings regarding what they do. My words are the truth..I have nothing to gain by warning you about Dr. Lepleys office...I'll never be back and have gone elsewhere...so heed my warning..I'm steering you in the right direction...and that's far away from an abusive office. Dr. Lepley's office mistreated me...why wouldn't they do the same for you? Spread your wings and fly...stay away from Dr. Lepleys office.

Corrupted doctor that does not put her patient’s health first. Every person that walks in her door is a money ticket. Beware.

I have been a patient for a few years and have never seen such unprofessionalism. We are in a pandemic regardless of the vaccine people are still getting sick. No masks in the office! I’m talking about patients and staff. Unreal and not right. I will not be returning.

This facility is a legal trap house. The doctor and her staff (Caitlin & Megan) have ZERO care for how the patient truly is. The doctor is constantly pushing Suboxone on her patients, and has even had a patient DIE from an oxycontin overdose that had she prescribed them... for three 30mg IR a day. Seems a bit excessive to me. After getting myself clean from all the Suboxone she was pushing on me, I still see the doctor for other medications. She STILL tries encouraging me (every single visit) to go back on Suboxone even though she knows I have been off it for almost a year now, with no help or encouragement from her. I do not recommend this unprofessional legal trap house to ANYONE due to their lack of knowledge, professionalism, intelligence, integrity, care and terrible bedside manner that this office provides. I rarely write reviews and in hopes of helping others steer away I’ll say that this doctor and the office in which she practices out of is horrendously unprofessional. The doctor saw me once in passing. The rest of my visits were with someone else. Good luck trying to call and get in. I literally had to go inside to make an appointment and even then they were extremely rude. I struggled for weeks and that turned into months while they kept “losing” test results. Valuable time passed that I could have had a diagnosis until I just gave up and started going to UofM. Instead of trying to help me I was just given a long list of medications to try. (Which I still have a large collection of) I swear every-time I went in they basically asked me what I wanted. More concerned with what pills they can feed you and dismiss you rather than getting test results back and working with you. What happened to care and compassion? I was basically laughed at the entire time by nurses and front desk staff. I would literally cry and beg for help. Dr. Lepley is a great doctor. She knows her stuff. Always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I see the NP's and they're friendly and helpful. Occasionally they need to talk to Dr. Lepley as they're learning. You can always request to see Dr. Lepley, and the request is not ignored and you're not treated unkindly. I started seeing Dr. Lepley about three or four years ago as I was looking for a new PCP., it had been years since I had a PCP. I have had nothing but an awesome experience with her and any member of her staff. One nurse even gave me a 4 wheeled walker that she had since her grandfather had just passed away and I was in need of one due to recent spinal surgery at the time. By far the best PCP and staff I have ever had. I highly recommend. All of these negative reviews that I see must be from patients that didn't get a hand out on their first appointment. Dr Lepley is such an amazing Doctor. She has such a great personality. She cares about her patients. I feel comfortable talking to her about any issue I am having and feel confident that she will help solve any condition that she can in her scope of practice.

Moves way too fast and did not listen to my concerns, waited over a month for blood work to be resulted and i still had to call for results. Dr Lepley was very rude while giving my results as if i was taking up her time. My privacy was not protected, she left the door open during my exam and yelled to her staff about other patients. i would not recommend this doctor to any one, i guess the Suboxone signs should of told me what kind of doctor she was.

I love Dr. Lepley. She actually listens and engages with her patients. I have been going to her for several years now and I feel fortunate to have a doctor that genuinely takes the time to know and care about her patients.

I searched for over 2 years for a Dr. that would listen and then I found the Doctors at Dr. Lepley's clinic. She listened to me and ran tests that revealed I had rheumatoid arthritis. I am so thankful to the doctors there. The staff is always friendly and may take care of you in a timely manner.

I have been seeing Dr Lepley & her nurse practitioner for 10 years now. Office is ran very efficiently, after hiring the girls she has now. Dr & NP are very compassionate always willing to listen to your concerns, staff is very quick getting prescriptions to pharmacy and scheduling appointments are quick and easy.

I like the doctor but her staff is deplorable. If there is a way to mess up and then respond rudely about it, they’ll find it. I’ve been coming to Dr Lepley for years and am leaving due to her staff.

Very unprofessional, and extremly rude. If you ask a question she acts insulted and annoyed.

Very rude. Came into the waiting room with an attitude. Told me my urine sample was negative for the medication I'd been taking for 5 days. I don't think she even tested the sample, or did it wrong. Then refused to prescribe medication that I was there to see her about. The medication could very well save my life. Without actually saying it, she told me that I had to go out and use first, instead of using the medication as a pre-emptive measure to not use. Very rude. Dr. Lepley has been amazing. Hard to find a doctor to take 5 minutes to just learn about you. Sometimes its whats going on in your life that's causing issues. I love that she gives natural remedies apposed to just throwing medications at you. I dont understand the people who say they have waited over 30 minutes to see the doctor. I have been going to Dr lepley for 5 years now almost monthly and I have never waited more than 15 20 minutes max in waiting room and usually out the door in an hour or less. I have known Dr Lepley since she first started her practice, she has been the most empathetic and caring physician I have ever known. She has gotten me through many things from helping me through severe depression to the common cold. She always makes time for her patients and is always available. I love the new pharmacy she has opened in her practice making getting your prescriptions so much easier to get. It is such a benefit to the patients to be able to check out and receive there medication in a timely manner. I am so happy with her staff and how incredibly suffient they are, they are always friendly and will get you in for an appointment whatever the issue. After popping my knee cap out of place & going to see her, she walked into the room, never looked at or touched my knee, & told me I needed to she an orthopedic surgeon. I asked her for a referral & told me she would meet me in the waiting room with a referral. The new staff works extra hard to try to accommodate everyone and make the office efficient for everyone. Please keep in mind our phones turn to the night mode when we leave the office. If you leave a message we will call you back the next business day.

Dr lepley and her physician's assistant and all staff have been so wonderful to me since I hurt my back. They have taken the time to explain everything to me and they truly care.

This place really is great. The staff is friendly, thoughtful, and caring. BOTH Dr.s that practice here are very attentive, caring, take personal time to listen and understand your needs and problems whatever they may be. BEST dr. Ive had yet. 5 stars.

Been seeing Dr Lepley for a year now. A full staff turnover recently was much needed. New staff is helpful, courteous, and efficient. My phone messages are returned and questions are answered. Highly recommend.

I have been going here for years, and I can't express to you how wrong all the negative posts are LOL when I moved out of county I switched doctors, and immediately came back and made the drive. The women in the office are SO NICE. I have always been treated kindly, always received my results promptly and if I have an issue at the pharmacy, insurance, etc, they always do their best to accommodate me and help speed it through. Shortest pre-auth time EVER. Lepley and Jordana are by far the best 2 doctors I have seen in my life. They take the time to really understand whats going on and always suggest alternative methods. Lepley suggested a really great book to help lose weight, Jordana encouraged me to do yoga with my kids by recommending a free website, any concerns I have they are there. I have had endless questions and requests and never once have I been let down. I had dental and skin concerns and they assisted with these too..It is really just a great team of people. I have never once felt uncomfortable nor mistreated. It is true though that you have to pass your drug screens if you are on controlled medications, and Lepley is very strict about this, and I AM GLAD SHE IS, as should everyone else, she isn't going to let people on controlled medications go and take other things to get themselves killed. She is smart, attentive and an overall just on the target doctor, same as Jordana. Update: Reading through some of the reviews here, I see a lot of complaints about "rudeness" and "follow up." I've been going to Dr. Lepley for many years now, and one of the many qualities she has is she is direct with her opinion and tells it how it is. Reason she does that is to place shock value in what she says so that you remember and hopefully take it seriously. If you are overweight and have high cholesterol or diabetes, you don't need a doctor to beat around the bush and make you feel good about yourself. Stuff like that is life threatening and progresses as you put it off. So on that note, suck it up and take what she says to you as seriously as she is speaking to you. If you're traumatized by what she says to you, then go see a counselor but listen to what she says, she had a PhD for a reason. As for the follow-ups, dude... Take responsibility for your own health, she has a ton of patients that need her assistance and the office staff's assistance. Call and make an appointment. If you do not get an answer, leave a mesaage, if you do not hear back in 24 hours, call again! Technology always messes up and sometimes her answering service goes down because that office is constantly flooded with calls. One last thing, if you go to Dr. Lepley and for a dislocated limb, broken bone, etc... Just go to the emergency room. Really? Another quality about Dr. Lepley is that she will not work out of her lane. Why? Because that is called medical malpractice and she doesn't want to hurt you worse than what you already are. She is a general practitioner and it is a clinic, they do not have the equipment to do X-rays and CT scans, so try to be realistic. So overall, Dr. Lepley is a good doctor. One of the best MD doctors I have ever had!! Dr. Lepley takes her time to really get to know you on not only a medical level but a personal, which I feel is very important. I have always received excellent care from her.

Dr Lepley is great. Her staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. You sometimes wait but are always given your time. I leave with my questions answered. My phone calls are always returned and making an appointment is easy and quick. Same day appointments are often availabile.

Had a great new patient experience. Staff was helpful, pleasant, and efficient. Dr was knowledgeable and helpful. Happy with my experience and highly recommend.

Waited 2 1/2 hours after getting there before they took me in... Doesn't matter when you show up they make you wait forever... And also let people who's appointments are after yours go ahead of you. Really ridiculous and unprofessional

Been trying for two days to make a new patient apointment and can only get an answering machine to leave a message. As if calls are being screened there... Seems pretty sketchy that a doctors office needs to screen calls. No thanks!

~9 years as a paitent Take your chances with this office/"clinic." Scheduled an appointment with this office early morning and was told I could be seen at 3:30. I repeated the time three times just be absolutely clear and the medical assistant (MA) verified the time; 3:30. I arrived about 10 minutes early, around 3:20ish, just to make sure I was on time and possibly get in earlier if there was space. I filled out the sign-in sheet and sat down with 2 other patients waiting. I looked up at the medical staff and there was one mindless MA just staring at the wall, literally doing nothing, just standing there. I guess it must be a slow day even though there's still 2 patients waiting, along with me. The first patient waiting goes in and is out within 5 minutes. The same goes for the second. I expected I should be next but possibly they're just waiting for my appointment time - Maybe it's not 3:30 yet. After 10 minutes of not being called, Mindless MA is still full of herself staring at that wall, another assistant seems to be always on the phone, the other seems to be pulling charts. Now, There's another group of three new patient that show up and fill-in the sign-in sheet. First of the new three patients gets pulled straight in to the room and is out within 5 mins. Same goes for the second waiting patient. I'M STILL WAITING... along with the third. Another 10 minutes goes by, I'm still waiting. It's nearing about 3:50ish. Still not called or apologized to for the wait-time. A new group of three patients show up and now the first patient of the new group gets straight in to see the doctor. And another 10 minutes goes by, Third patient from the first group and two from the new group are still waiting along with me. Soon after that, no one was being called in to see the doctor. I could overhear the MA's saying they hadn't even pulled my chart. ITS 4PM!!! STILL NOTHING! I'm getting close to red-lining on my patience to deal with incompetence. After another 10 minutes goes by, Mindless MA has gone to La-La Land, and NOTHING ELSE HAS CHANGED. Still no apologies for the wait-times, still a full waiting room with no one being seen by the doctor. I can feel myself about to flip-out, so I get up tell them "You guys are utterly useless," and walk out the door before I truly flip-out. After walking a few steps I stop myself - I want to remove my name from the sign-in. Maybe help these fools a bit - They clearly need it. I look at the sign-in page, find my name, scribbled it out, and after my name I see lines after lines of crossed out patients that got to see the doctor before me. Why am I being singled out? I MADE AN APPOINTMENT since this "clinic" requires them now even though, from the looks of it, walk-ins are still allowed and preferred patients to be seen even if they arrive well after schedules appointments. TL;DR Walk-ins seem to be preferred patients and if you're lucky you'll get to see the doctor otherwise wait an eternity. Office staff is very rude! They tried to charge me a new patient fee last year of $120 without letting me know... i went in for a physical and she told me she couldn't finish because she was too busy. I needed to come back another time. Come to find out she charged my insurance for the full physical. 1st strike. Havent been back since. 2nd and 3rd... tried to make an appt for next week. Was told there were no appts scheduled for that afternoon so they werent making appts for that day??? What? So if 2 more people after me called you would tell them the same thing? I said yes, she then gave me paperwork to fill out. By the time that was done i had been there for an hour and fifteen minutes. Then i go to hand her the paperwork. Stand at the window for 2 minutes before she opened the glass to try to hand me a paper to call my insurance to change her to my primary care physician ( my wife had already done this last Friday). I stopped going to see this doctor years ago after awful bedside manner. The doctor as well as her staff we talking about other patients in the open and poking fun at others. Once i was in the room she was judgmental and when i consulted her about a lump on my shin she stated "if it hasn't killed you yet, it probably won't." Since then i have had two family members report similar treatment yet they kept going to her because she would "see" them without insurance. My name is Christina. I have been going here for three years or so??? I liked it at first...I am an overweight gal...first time I seen her she put me down ..told me to stop eating so much. Not that she wasn't right but how she said it was rude..not professional at all. Took my chances ...she gave me my meds...I have cysts on my back and wrists...she not once touched my back.... I seen her one time out of the 20 times I was there. Now some of her staff are awesome I do give them that. One even said "she Hates doing the paperwork so I have to".... I was a little taken back by that but she seemed fancy to me after awhile of her not even wanting to see me. She always sits at her little desk. This past two weeks was it for me....I was put on vyvance....a binge eating disorder medicine also treated for ADHD.... The the office manager of 6 months told me I didn't know what I was talking about that I needed a phycho analysis report ..that I dont have ADHD ...very rude BTW.....I couldn't even get a word in.
