Dr Chintalapally went above and beyond with my annual physical. She and her staff were understanding and considerate. I have mental health issues. The doctor went above and beyond. I cannot tell what happened. Any other office would not understand. This office is number one. Completely compassionate puts up with everything. She is worth every penny. A loyal US citizen!

Doctor and others staff members are very pleasant . Appointments are completed in a very timely manner.

My visits with Doctor Chintalapally are always productive. She is a great listener and so knowledgeable. I think she goes the extra mile for her patients! I greatly appreciate having her as my primary care doc.

I had my first primary care visit with Dr. Chintalapally and I was very disappointed by the existence. I felt that she was not personally interested in my care, was speaking off a stock script, and did not make an effort to get to know me or my health. I will not be returning.

Every single person in this office is attentive and shows the utmost respect and concern for their patients. I hesitated leaving my last dr, even though it was an hour away from our new home, because I was afraid we wouldn’t find the same level of care. After see the same Doctor for 30 years he retired during the pandemic. I was devistated. I found Dr. Chintalapally in Livonia. Very kind, professional and caring. Doesn't rush me. Makes me feel like she genuinely cares about me. Couldn't be happier.

I love my doctor. And her staff is awesome. She is very patient and seems to care about me as a patient. Also, I never se yo wait long to be seen.

I have been going to Dr. C for a couple years now. She is one of those few doctors that ACTUALLY CARES about you, your life, your health, and everything that impacts the aforementioned. I cannot stress how great of a doctor and person she is! Thanks for everything doc!!

Dr.Chintalapally is an outstanding physician. She is always available for appointments and eager to see her patients. She reassures you about any concerns, makes you feel confident in the decisions you make together about your care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care provider!

Dr. C is the best! I struggle with very bad anxiety and she has always made me feel comfortable and takes my concerns seriously. She has never taken a concern of mine and blamed it on my anxiety like most doctors do. She takes every precaution and does every test to make sure I am healthy. Dr.C is an amazing physician! She cares about all your concerns and will make sure you feel confident on the decisions made about your healthcare. She is always available for appointments and on all occasions kind.

It was horrible she is a very very attitude person she don’t understand the patient problem she just talks about what ever in her mind . You can’t judge a person when you’re a patient you need to understand what they are going through.Highly not recommended .

Dr. Chintalapally has been my physician for the last 4 years. She is very thorough and shows concern for me as a patient. I am satisfied with her as my doctor.

Never looks your in the eyes. Always has her head buried in the computer when speaking to you. My physical consisted of her asking do I need refills and listening to my lungs. Had to tell her what blood to draw for my symptoms. So disappointing.

Amazing and caring Dr. Will follow up at times with a phone call to check on progress of healing

I wasnt sure about her at first but after working with her on a couple issues I have..Ive decided she is quite competent and easy to work with..The staff has been kind to me as well

Horrible doctor. Didn’t ask me any questions, I had to tell her what I thought was wrong and that was it. She left the room without even letting me know anything. I like Chintalapally but it seems she does not know me any better then I do. I hate how she is always looking at her phone. I do love how the wait time is nothing like others. If I called her today she would make sure to get us in right away. She takes her time with us and trys to answer all the questions we have, and she is ready to learn about the things she has never seen or heard of. Dr Chintalapally is everything that you hope for in a doctor; she is caring, thorough and very easy to relate to and she is positively brilliant. She has been my family's primary health care physician for several years and I can relate multiple times where's she's performed above and beyond. Awful. Waste of time. Not a very thorough or caring doctor. Waited for over 30 mins for her when no one else was in the office and she spent roughly 5 mins with us. Still had questions as she's walking out the door dismissing them. Very confusing and unusual experience from a doctor. Seemed very snooty. Not much care. Was very short with us. Unconcerned with stated issues and sent us off. Really really felt that she did not care nor did she want to help. She offered us nothing. Complete waste of time! I will never never see her again! Read the review with the 1 star. This does not sound like this doctor! She is an amazing doctor! I made 1 call and I a couple hours she saw me! She was through with me. Dr. Chintalapally is a fantastic practitioner who takes her time with patients, thoroughly answering any questions and concerns I may have regarding my health. She is very knowledgeable in her field and I always feel comfortable in her care, since she explains things in easy and understandable way.

My daughter had the flu and she took great care of her. She answers all questions.

Dr. C is a treasure. I was very sad when she moved offices from Carleton to Livonia, but hope it was good for her career. She's incredibly smart, very intuitive and empathetic. She also caught a serious problem in a routine pap that *four* other specialists had missed in the last decade. She also made sure that I got the help I needed, never mind me being unemployed and uninsured at the time. Now that I'm employed and moved, I'm going to try to see her again.

this doctor and staff are a Joke ! they have No xray machine , so they send me down the street and tell me 7mile and newburg. i'm not from around there but go down there and I cant find it . they gave me no name or address of the walk in clinic. have to call them back for directions. get xray done at 4pm . called back at 11am next day and they said it could take up to a day to 2 days to get results ???. call walkin clinic, said they sent it 2 hours ago. then they give me wrong # 2 specialist ??
