Dr. Rachel Hardin

I recently had four veneers replaced with Dr Hardin. She made me feel very comfortable, even though I was nervous. Her office is bright, clean, and modern, and her staff are very professional and accommodating. She did an excellent job, and I love my new smile!

Great staff and dentist. Very progressive with latest equipment. Compassionate with disabled patients too. Hygienist ets 'em clean with delicate touch.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have an infected wisdom tooth that has had me in so much pain. I called them & scheduled an appointment they couldn’t get me in for almost a month. Well my pain got so bad I just called the next day, told them my situation, & asked if there was any way possible to get me in that day. They told me to just go ahead, come up there, & try to squeeze me in. I had to wait a little bit but nothing like I thought I was going to. Had 2 root canals done and crowns put on just a year ago! I originally asked to have them just pulled and Dr Hardin and her assistant told me that they were more than salvageable. I had 3 separate appointments to get my smile back to beautiful. I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety so the dentist is the last place I want to go! I must say though, this place made me feel beyond comfortable! Dr Hardin and her team are wonderful. They are knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. Dr Hardin is great at performing procedures that should be uncomfortable, yet you dont feel a thing! My kids get excited about going to the dentist if that tells you anything!

There is a sign on the receptionists desk, "Payment is expected at time services are rendered". I always paid in full, and had paid in advance for some services. I had paid three hundred in advance for an impression for preparation for a bridge. The bridge wss going to be $2,2850. I put it off for one appt as I hadn't arranged the financing for it yet. The next appt I had them go ahead ans schedule it. When the pandemic of covid 19 hit, all appts were canceled and they didn't even call to letg me know. When the office reopened, I was told I only had a credit of $1120. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER $1880? They ripped me off. Their bookeeping is dishonest. I can't recommend trusting them.

Ashley’s great, I still have my teeth and with my condition I wouldn’t without her. 16 years and counting it’s a fair piece to drive but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Have been other places where they tried to fix non existent cavities on the kids but here it’s just the facts. We trust them because they’ve earned it.

I can’t explain to you how much pain I was In from my wisdom tooth, not only where they able to get me in soon to relieve my pain they made me feel so comfortable start to finish. We are all living in unsure times and they made me feel safe and where sure to ask me if I had any questions, I have never had something like this done before and even me being 22 they treated me with all the upmost respect and assured me everything would be good to go. And sure enough I was in and out within an hour and everything went great. From friendly front desk staff to amazing staff behind the chair. I will for sure be back for any dental needs and will refer anyone I know to this business as well!

I made an appointment and they got me in within a couple of days. I just needed to have a tooth extraction that had broken. I called my benefit provider who assured me that I had all of my coverage for 2019 available. When I got to the office, I showed the receptionist my information which she quickly dismissed. I was taken back to an exam room by the tech who was nice. As she was asking questions, the receptionist came back & informed me that I didn't have any benefits available. I knew that was a lie & questioned her about it but she was very rude. Said that I would have to pay out of pocket. Again I knew that was false! I asked how much it would be & was told "probably" around $250 which not only is outrageous but I knew that meant it could also be $500 if they wanted to charge that. So I left. As soon as I got home I called my provider & again they assured me everything was in place. The agent even went so far as to call the dentist office to tell them I had coverage. Funny, but I've never heard a word back from them! She knew she was wrong & doesn't want to have to admit it. So I dont know about the dentist but the gatekeeper receptionist needs many lessons on conduct & how not to be rude. I was an insurance agent. I know my coverage! So much for the customer always being right! So know what you're dealing with before you go!

I previously had my wisdom teeth surgically removed about a month ago at a surgical center. I have been experiencing some pain and tenderness in my gums. I wanted to make sure everything looked normal since it has been a month since the procedure. Dr. Hardin and her amazing team got me in and checked the area over where I was experiencing the pain. She was able to take pictures and explained what the issue was. This gave me comfort knowing that it was just part of the healing process. Thank you so much!!

My appointment for a tooth extraction today had my blood pressure up and anxiety up even more. Dr. Hardin came in and after applying a topical anesthetic injected the lidocaine to numb my mouth. I kept waiting for the pain but it never happened. After waiting for the anesthesia to take effect she pulled tooth (in a couple of pieces), again, with no pain or discomfort at all. Dr. Hardin was very calm and soft spoken throughout. I could not not be more pleased with this experience!

I called them on tuesday and went in on thursday to get a tooth pulled. The nurse that helped the dentist talked me through a aniexty attack and was there for me the whole time. Great dentists and great hygienists. I typically dread the dentist and I dreaded finding a new one when I moved here, but Dr. Hardin has really be great. My husband doesn't mind going either now after 10 years of not going!

They were very welcoming from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Added bonus is there is a pharmacy right across the street if you need a prescription filled. Was worried / scared of what to expect of my first visit to my new dentist. Come to find out I needed a tooth extracted.
