Dr. Brightwell has fantastic bedside manner. She made me feel very confident in her abilities. I am thankful I was able to find a very talented surgeon. I received the best of care.

My friend asked me to contact Dr. Brightwell, on her behalf. Out of about 15 calls, 2 were answered by a real person. The rest went to an answering machine. All those calls were never returned. I tried desperately to reach Dr. Brightwell to have her adjust my friends medications. Brightwell never called back. The day after my friend died, Dr. Brightwell finally called to say she learned my friend just became eligible for a certain medication. Brightwell never contacted me to go over Etta's meds. I also think my friend suffered needlessly for days, probably weeks because Dr. Brightwell wasn't tracking her properly and allowing her to go weeks without treatment.
