Dr. Prem P Gupta

My wife took our sick daughters who both had fevers and one had thrown up the day before to get checked. Dr. Gupta checked their ears and throat and simply said okay. My wife had to convince him to do a flu test and a covid test both of which thankfully came back negative. After telling my wife the results he gave her very detailed directions on how to administer Tylenol. Very detailed as in the package directions. He then walked out of the room not saying anything or answering any further questions. That's not even touching his attitude towards my wife or our girls. How is this guy even a doctor let alone a pediatrician? If I could give this place zero stars I would! It's sad that this place exists, Dr. Gupta definitely shouldn't be practicing medicine especially as a pediatrician. I highly recommend you find another doctor! Great doctor!! Recommended

I was a little reluctant to choose this as my daughter’s new pediatrician because of the reviews. However, the staff was very friendly and Dr. Gupta was very thorough and awesome. I’m glad he is her new pediatrician.

Went today and the receptionist was rude and inattentive during my visit however, I appreciate that she was able to get my daughter in the same day, she also failed to mention that the paperwork was online and that I could've printed it out rather than taking 10 minutes to fill it out in the office. The office is old, dingy and antiquated and the staff was more concerned with speaking to a representative that came in offering teeth whitening services, rather than assisting patients. I only use this office for emergency visits so this is only the second visit in three years, if you're looking for a friendly, efficiently run, innovative office, this ain't it but, it's better than paying for urgent care. Worse ever!! Very unprofessional, no communication, rude. I would highly recommend finding another doctor.

My daughter was seen in the morning of september 12 by Dr. Gupta. He is extremely irresponsible. After leaving the clinic and went to the pharmacy and provided them with the prescription. However, the pharmascist told us that the dosage mentioned on the prescription was never provided. The pharmacy called the clinic and we also called the clinic 7 or 8 times and everytime they kept on saying that doctor is about to so it. But after several hours of struggle we found that doctor has left at 1pm and never intimate pharmacy. We kept on communicating with clinic staff and finally they said that another doctor will do it. I am giving this practice a 2 star rating based solely on the unprofessional demeaning behavior of the receptionist. I walked in with my two day old for a check up, and was not greeted. In fact the woman gave my husband and I a rather disapproving look. (We are a biracial couple.) The receptionist stated she did not have our appointment in her system. I informed her that I had called and scheduled an appointment, and her response was " I don't see how an appointment could've been made. Are you sure you called?" She then asked for my daughter's insurance. I informed her that my daughter was covered under my insurance, since she was a new born. She stated newborns are not covered under an adult's insurance, and that I would have to pay cash. We decided to leave the office and find a new doctor. I then, contacted my insurance, which stated the receptionist must have not been properly trained. Newborns are covered under their parent's insurance for up to 30 days.
