Dr. Pochien Greg Hsu

Dr. Hsu explains things in such detail and clearly. always give his best recommendation; takes time with his patients with any questions or concerns. Most of all he remember all his patients. I go to him and my two daughters; he has welcomed my two grandkids.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hsu's for many years. He has a pleasant bedside manner, and is easy to talk to about your concerns/issues. Dr. Hsu was a strong ally and great resource for me throughout my high-risk pregnancy and delivery. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a new OB/GYN.

MY HUSBAND AND I LOVE THIS MAN. HE MADE BOTH OF OUR PREGNANCIES SUCH A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE. ALWAYS FRIENDLY, GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER, NEVER RUSHED US AND WAS ALWAYS QUICK TO GET BACK TO ME IN RE TO MY RESULTS OR ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. 1 EMERGENCY CESAREAN AND 1 VBAC- COULDNT IMAGINE HAVING ANOTHER BABY WITHOUT HIM ON MY SIDE.

Horrible experience! I’ve been with Dr.Hsu since finding out I was pregnant in March. From the beginning I’ve noticed a cold atmosphere in the office due to front desk staff but he was very thorough in answering my concerns and questions so I bypassed that. I’m a registered nurse so there are certain things I look for in a doctor. I noticed over the course of going to his office his wife (front desk personnel) is rude and not the most friendliest person you want to encounter. Fast forward to this past Friday my appt was at 1:30 I arrived at 1:13pm. I wasn’t feeling well that day. I walked in office no staff was at desk his wife came out 2 minutes later and asked me to wait outside. I said to her I’m really not feeling well today I feel like I’m going to pass out(due to Covid one patient in office at a time). She again asked me to wait outside since the 1pm patient was coming in. I said to her technically she’s late it’s 1:13pm I’m on time and I don’t feel well today I’m not standing outside in 85 degree weather. She did not try to accommodate me by placing me in an extra exam room, she could’ve gave me cup to give urine specimen, she did absolutely nothing. She didn’t get Dr. to assess me or anything. Totally negligent on her behalf. She was not concerned about me or my unborn baby. I then told her if I leave the office I’m not coming back and I will find another provider. She again asked me to wait outside.She calls my cell phone 20 minutes later to tell me to come in office. I gave her some choice words as I rode my Uber to the hospital turns out my blood pressure was extremely high. Dr.Hsu never called me to ask if I was ok. Today is Monday I sent him a text to his personal cell asking him to call me so I could discuss the incident that occurred around 10-11am. I received a text back around 6:30 stating that I can remain a patient there or find services elsewhere. Unprofessional and rude. I’m 7 months pregnant looking for another provider to provide competent and prudent care for me and my baby. Highly disappointed.

Great Doctor!! Saved my life by making right decision on right time. Remembered me through out my pregnancy and even during my second pregnancy. I can't even than enough him for all what he has done. Never rushed on anything, he is master in his field. Very straight forward and up to point person. A great doctor and a great human.

Dr. Hsu is by far the greatest OBGYN. I started my pregnancy with another group and had a horrible experience. I was then referred to Dr. Hsu by a coworker and Im SO glad. He made my husband and I so at ease our whole pregnancy. He answered any and all questions we had, would personally do our ultrasounds each visit, and genuinely made us feel like family. The receptionist and medical assistant are amazing as well. I couldn’t recommend Dr Hsu and his practice more!

Dr. Hsu was the only doctor to take me at 7 months pregnant with twins when we relocated to New Jersey. I had an amazing experience at every visit and very smooth vaginal delivery with him! One of the best doctors that I’ve had and trusted my deliveries with!

Bad Management due to low EQ of the business owner is all Pro: Doctor is polite, the nurse is excellent. Con: the RECEPTIONIST is a miserable lady who make things as easy as making appointment to getting paperwork to the most DIFFCULT task on Earth. Dr. Hsu seems nice, but he doesn't communicate but when he made a medical / operational mistake (made 3 stitches in a Missed Abortion operation, where it's very rare to happen) , he tried to cover it up by saying its normal when it is NOT.

We have our first baby with Dr. Hsu. He is professional, knowledgeable and responsible. Fast response to all your questions and the entire team - the doctor, staffs and nurse are very courteous. Our first baby took a long time to deliver and he was with us till the end. Now, I have the second baby, and I choose him as our OBGYN again. I am glad that I meet him and appreciate him to take good care to my wife, and both babies. I would definitely recommend him to others !

Dr. Hsu delivered our baby last month. He came into the delivery room threatening to walk out on us when we were 20 hours into labor because he didn't agree with us not being induced because it was scheduled, yet we were in active labor (why induce a woman who is in active labor?). He also pushed us to give our baby formula, even telling us a story about how a baby died from not getting enough from breastfeeding. He told us this without seeing how healthy our baby was from breastfeeding!

AMAZING!!!!! From the moment I met Dr. Hsu he was friendly and patient, he remained that way until the day I gave birth. He ALWAYS gets back to you promptly and if I ever have another baby, I will definitely have him deliver.

My experience with the Doctor is amazing and I am fully pleased being under his care. However his receptionist Joanie is a nightmare. For a prescription I waited 4 days for her to even mention there was a change. I am appalled at how I was treated by her. Rude, and full of attitude!

He is an amazing Doctor, very friendly , courteous , keeps us informed , full of knowledge , personally calls and tells the test results , has a very friendly staff , there is no waiting time for him as he books appointment accordingly .. Would recommend to everyone ..

Our baby is in breech position and Dr Hsu helped us along the way. He is very professional and kind. Highly recommend.
