Harry H Lin

Dr lin has been the primary physician for my parents for over 15 years. Doctor Lin is an excellent physician! Being older immigrants, my parents are often intimidated by other doctors but never by Dr. Lin. He has great medical knowledge and process superb communication skill. Dr. Lin’s office is always full of patients, and yet he takes his time with my parents when they visit him. He is kind, patient, considerate and thorough. He is also super responsive when my parents call his office, either for health consultation, medication refill or other related matters. If he cannot take the call at the time, he always calls back within a day. He is one of the best doctor we know! I see some comments with lower rating for his office because of insurance or front desk staff, but that should not take away Dr Lin’s superb credibility as a physician. My parents are all very great full they have Dr Lin as their physician

I had been a patient of Dr. Lin's for almost 20 years. I love him and his staff (Shirley). We have been through a lot together and he has ALWAYS been there for me, I recently retired to another state and I hope I will be lucky enough to find someone half as good as Dr. Lin.

1st, Dr. Lin is my PCP for >5 yrs and my family's for >15 yrs. I also worked here as a receptionist before. Perhaps biased, but I have more insight than most about this practice. Yes, the staff aren't always the nicest people--few offices are. But, this is a review of THE DOCTOR, not his staff. Dr. Lin is understanding and extremely knowledgeable. He remains current with research and meds. He takes time to explain and answer ?s. Though office is outdated, Dr is not. That should matter most.

The billing and reception department stuffs are impatient and with a poke face all the time. Especially the old lady.

Front desk nurse, especially the older lady, is extremely incompetent. She keeps submitting the wrong claims to the insurance company, resulting in many phone calls with my insurance company and her. After two months, still no resolution and I need to pay $400 for her mistake. Hope you've got time to make weekly calls/visits about billing... Dr. Lin is pretty good though.

Bi-lingual and helpful staff. Dr Lin has great bedside manner and Shirley always helpful in fitting me in for last minute appointments.

Dr. Lin is an experienced and nice talked person. Always answered questions. However, the staff, espencially the head staff Shelyn is the worst staff I ever meet. She is hard to talk and always looks like the patients owe her something. She is very very unhelpful and is a dishonesty person. Many time,I called her about the prescription refill or specialist doctor referal, she promised but barely do it, and I have to call her again and again. It made me very frdustrated

This doctor is very irresponsible and greedy. He spends minimum time with his patient. Avoid!

Very bad experience! First of all, unlike most other doctors, this doctor does not take credit card, he only accepts cash. Maybe for some tax reasons? The Doctor didn't do any check up and give a ridiculously high bill. They did not honor the price they promised and send me a bill much high. Stay away from this dark place.
