Dr. Phyllis Mei Hui Kwok

Waited 3 months to get an appointment. Took a day off for this appointment today but got a call in the morning saying the doctor 's sick and needs to reschedule. The earliest availability is in another 2 months. Ridiculous!

Dr Kwok is smart, attentive, good listener, good diagnostician, and kind. She also responds to email correspondences promptly.

Great bedside manner, thorough, detail oriented, patient, able to text dr a question, and she will get back to you, she is very accessible

I have been seeing Dr. Kwok for several years now. She is such a great doctor. She always listens to my concerns and she is very friendly. I am glad I found a doctor I am confident in. It is hard to get an appointment with her, she is booked a month or two in advanced but if it’s an emergency she can squeeze you in sooner. I would recommend her.

Hands down Dr.Kwok is the best primary physician I ever had. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes her time answering all your questions and concerns. She is patient and extremely kind. I adore her and couldn’t ask for a much better doctor.

I would never recommend this doctor. Awful experience. An inept and overworked person who is completely unreliable.

This doctor lost critical test results and was too careless to even let me know. Poor communication to say the least.

I had a blood test with a (different) specialist that pointed to moderate kidney damage, even though I'd never had a history of such a problem. Dr. Kwok was reassuring, offered some possible explanations for the abnormal test results, and redid the blood test right then and there in her office although it was the end of business day. She called me up early the very next morning to give me the good news that my kidneys were ok. She is not only supremely competent but a very compassionate doctor.
