Terrible People, will make appointments for you and not tell you so you miss them than charge you for missed appointments. And the appointments you do make you will sit in a waiting room for over an hour and half just to be seen due to them over booking. Even when they don’t overbook you will still wait 30-45 min to be seen. Accompanied by a extremely rude receptionist. Fully recommend finding a different doctors office these people are truly terrible at their jobs. 100% recommend them to be shut down. Go to the Parma Health Center for a good and close drs office.

Looking for a new Dr. and came across this place accepting new patients. My 1st Apt was at 11:30, show up at 11:15 and its now 1:02 pm. Unprofessional as never seen before, never recommend and never go back. In addition to the insane wait, it was 0 degrees out and they can't even get the front door to stay shut. This place is a joke. Ive only seen Dr shirk a few times he rushed me out didn't seem to have time to listen to me or care about my problems, j just returned their phone call they supposedly sent me a letter that went to the post office I had no idea was there so obviously I couldn't pick it up so the receptionist read it to me basically they are terminating my care the letter read they would give me 30 days to find a new one, but it sat at the post office I had no idea it was there and it was dated she said April 11th and its been over 30 days, so because they messed up just kicked me to the curb with no worning or explanation as to what i did wrong except call them for help. Great doctor. Genuinely cares about his patients.

It's still within the 30 days, and I phoned your office yesterday for a emergency referral for a heart doctor, and I left you a voice message, and you never bothered returning my emergency request phone call. RVG May 31, 2019! I have test results and I need cardio appointment now! My new primary cant get me in till June 10, 19. So stop ignoring your emergency patient and return my phone call!

This office does not tell patients that they schedule appointments behind their backs. Then, they bill the patient for missed appointments....

Thanks to google, I drove to the place it showed on the map and the address is wrong on here. The Medical center is on Clarkson Hamlin Town Line road, a road that travels east/west. Call first for directions.
