Absolutely horrible doctor. Completely unprofessional. Interrupted me, didn’t allow me to talk, was rude, made false accusations and statements irrelevant to why I was there. I Great Doctor after a bad fall he did surgery on my back and I am getting closer to normal everyday.He told me of all the risks and made sure I was on the right path to a full recovery.

Thinks he knows it all. Very rude and no bedside manner. Used to be the most recommended but be ware he has lost his edge and his skills.

Dr Anson seems to have a “God” complex. My son had surgery that failed within 6 days by Dr Anson. We wanted to get a second opinion from Mass General about the next surgery he wanted to perform. Dr Anson said and I quote” They will not accept you as a patient and they will most likely consult me first because I am the most knowledgeable in my field and I lecture on the subject “. He ended up convincing my son to do a Lumbosacral fixation after I had left to go home after visiting my son.

Worst Dr. I've ever had... He took no time to explain things to me and mocked me on not knowing all of my bones. I suffer from scoliosis, 3 curves from my neck to my hips. Not only did he tell me that he could not help me, but he gave me no resources to move forward, only saying that my pain is "in my head". He led me out to make sure I did not book a second appointment AND accused me of having OCD (I have no professional diagnosis) because I arrived early. He was a huge waste of my time

I have seen Dr. Anson since I was diagnosed with scoliosis 14yrs ago. He has completed two back surgeries both successful and went as smooth as could be. He's honest and straightforward about what is or isn't needed. I trusted him with every decision he made and knew when he gave a suggestion it was in my best interest. He listened to me and answers my questions every time I went in for a visit.I highly recommend him.
