This place is a hidden gem. I considered not writing this review so people don’t know what an amazing experience you can have at a dentist. Ursula, Linda, and Dr Peter make going to the dentist relaxing and walk you through every step and give you a ton of information. They make sure you’re comfortable the entire step of the way. I went here for a regular cleaning and the dental hygienist chipped my tooth. I called them to let them know they said for me to come back in and they would fix it. There was no apology and the next week I received a bill saying I owed for the fix. I feel I should not have been charged for their mistake and negligence. I do not recommend them! Thank you so much for the nice cleaning yesterday and the experience of meeting Dr. Williams. I too am so glad that he suggested right away we take care of the new upper partial and repair the bottom partial to make a good fit. So now as you get the pre authorization of the needs for me I would like to proceed with this as quickly as possible to lessen any more damage to my teeth. So as soon as you get the pre authorization from the insurance if you could call me right away, thanks again for the nice visit and service. My semi-annual date with Darla is always great as usual. I find this office and its' staff to be so very peasant and attentive to its' patients. I was lucky enough to be there when Dr. Williams was there and was able to talk to him for a bit, not much but just enough. I do not know the complete staff but maybe in time. This was first visit with the Angwin Dental and I loved my experience. The staff are warm and so welcoming. The doctor did a great through exam on my teeth and was really great at explaining things in detail to me about different options that I can choose for certain procedures. I love my hygienist. She's so smart and thorough. Dr Williams is kind and gentle.

I like and respect him a great deal. He, like Dr. William and the whole group, are highly professional. He solves my problems and explains my options in a clear and concise way. Angwin Dental is so efficient that I don't even have time to sit for more than 20 sec in the waiting room to check if Bob's installed wifi yet. I've raised 3 kids to adulthood taking them to Angwin Dental and we are very happy with the service. I didn't think it possible but Darla achieved a new level of awesomeness when she brought out strawberry flavored polish one time after I complained about mint being so boring. And now they text and email to keep in touch which is great. Angwin Dental is so efficient that I don't even have time to sit for more than 20 sec in the waiting room to check if Bob's installed wifi yet. Excellent care. Have been going there for over 20 years and I've had no complaints. The hygienists are wonderful and Dr. Vandenhoven has been a great addition. The ease of making appointments has gotten even easier over the years. I never dread going to the dentist.

Kathy is a skilled and gentle dental hygienist and Isaura and Ursula keep things organized and running smoothly. I can count on my teeth cleaning being done in about an hour and that reliability is important to me. I love the personal connections there and the efficiency. During dental cleaning, Dr. Vandenhoven checks me whenever it works out, and so there is no more waiting time! The hygenist Kathy makes my next appointment right there after the cleaning, which has eliminated waiting time to be helped by a front desk person. Ursula is very knowledgeable with different insurance policies, on top of things, and seems to have a near-perfect memory! When I had my crown done, I was very well-informed each step of the way of what to expect. Best of all, it's located within walking distance. Very convenient! Dr. Peter is a very nice person and the personnel is very friendly. Love to go for my checkups all the time.

Always a very friendly staff. They saw me on time and Dr. Williams was professional yet comfortable to relate to. He took the time to answer all my questions. I have been a patient in this office for many years and plan to continue with them.
