Per Okey

We were left high and dry when he quit his practice in Clinton. We received a letter saying we had to choose one of the remaining doctors. This was after we had been his patients for over 25 years! No explanation or correspondence from him! We were with him when he was a small time doctor with him the only doctor. Luckily we found a doctor that is twice the doctor he is or was! Not good for a doctor to leave a patient who has severe health issues to fend for themselves!

Dr. Okey is what all family doctors should be, caring and concerned. Just a great guy! Other younger doctors should study with Dr Okey to learn proper ways of treating patients. I usually see Kristy Eaton-Baird, she works with Dr. Okey. It's obvious because of her manner and knowledge. I'm very comfortable leaving my healthcare in their hands.

Dr. Okey is one of the few physicians who give you his complete attention & answers all your questions, listens to what u have to say and is supportive of your right to decide your own course of treatment. You are a person 1st.

I too have been a patient of Dr. Okey for 25+ years. He is a GREAT doctor. Sadly, he was forced to join this new practice which is AWFUL. Sadly, for me, I have been healthy. I called to get my annual prescriptions renewed and was rudely informed I am no longer a patient because it has been over a year from my last visit -AND- Dr Okey is not accepting NEW patients. So here I am stranded, NO primary care physician, NO medicines. Funny how they gave me a year's worth of scripts though.

I have been a patient of Dr. Okey for over 25 years. He is what I would call an ol fashioned family Doctory, in that he generally cares for his patients and tries not to rush you. He has always given good medical advice and recommended specialists when needed. I really trust him.

I love Dr Okey. I have gone to him for twenty years. I hate his new office. It took me 2 and1/2 months to get it .A person could be dead by then. Something is wrong with this office.

He is very soft spoken man who really cares about his patients.

If I could give this office negative stars I would. You can NEVER get an appointment. They are always understaffed and rude. After being seen in hospital I was told by hospital that they are to make an appointment 7 to 10 days to be seen. The ridiculous reception gave me an appointment 50, 50 days later. They don't care about their patients or giving good customer care.
