Dr. Paul J Gruszka

I had questions about my knee while I was there getting a shot in my thumb and was told to make another appointment. Why couldn’t I do both while there, now I have to come back and pay another office visit bill. This doesn’t make sense to me. The Dr was in the room with me about three minutes at the most.

Dr. Gruszka was very thorough. He explained things clearly and concisely and left me feeling that he heard and understood my concerns. I understand the next steps to take in this healing process.

Staff is always prompt and responsive. The Dr. Is great, as well as his assistants. Most of my Dr’s are here. 5 stars.

Dr. G explained my issue well, addressed my needs and is kind. I will continue to use him in the future for he, in my opinion, is one of the best.

New patient here and from beginning to end, each staff member I encountered was amazing and friendly.

Everyone is extremely friendly and listens and addresses my concerns. Dr Gruszka is really great but he hasn't come up with a cure for old age yet LOL

No waiting and very efficient, Dr Gruszka's asst.was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Mary was also, nice and got my information in great detail. Dr. Gruszka was through and would recommend the staff to anyone in need.

I fell and fractured my shoulder on the Fourth of July. Today is September 14th and I was discharged! Lakeshore Bone and Joint was a perfect place for me to receive care. It is near my home which was a huge plus. Dr Gruszka answered my questions respectfully and was encouraging. All staff were friendly and kind. My experience has been awesome with Dr.Gruszka, Mary, Joshua, and axillary staff. When I needed to be seen in the office it happened. I have always felt that the professionalism that I have experienced has always been there. I have a sense of trust in what Dr. Gruszka tells me and confidence in him that he will get the job done. Mary keeps everything on track makes sure it happens for me. Its always a good feeling when you have a team and their the best. I have had several visits at the Chesterton and Portage locations and can humbly give a rating of 5 stars. Every member of this establishment has treated me with the utmost respect and care from the receptionists by phone to the nurses and therapists including of course Dr. Gruszka. Every member of the LSBJ is friendly, helpful and professional. I've seen a couple of the doctors there with outstanding results. I would encourage anyone in need of their services to use them.

by Michael Bell on Jul 28th, 2016 I went to this doctor for a meniscus repair. The meniscus repair ended up at only a 5% area on outer edge. He also decided to "clean up a little of that cartilage." I've been in pain and a trip around the grocery store is about all I've been able to handle these last two years since the operation. He did lubrication shots (no help, more money for him.) Finally he had me try a voltaren gel and said if it didn't help "I don't know what to tell you." That was

Great doctor. Straight forward and doesn't sugar coat diagnosis. Honest with how he tells you the outcome of your surgery will be. Did 2 shoulder surgeries on me. Will defiantly use him for anything else I may need. Also he has treated my wife and son. Trusted dr. Gruszka fully with my loved ones.
