Great experience at Dr Thomas's office. His staff was very friendly, and Dr Thomas was very good. I had several fillings and he was gentle but super thorough. I will return every 6 months now. Thank you Dr Thomas and staff.

MUST begin by absolutely complimenting Carol, Cortney and he One-and-Only beautiful Sharon - these ladies were above 'meets-plus expectations' ! Carol and Cortney went out of their busy schedule to first, spend time on the phone with me to explain the entire routine and process of my issue - after my examination and cleaning these ladies never stopped catering to my million questions and my dental protocols! Sharon, the hygienist I fell in love with immediately ! First of all, shes gorgeous! - secondly, she treated my super soar mouth and jaw like a hand full of feathers as she detailed all my teeth ! in addition, she has a heavenly way of speaking peace and gentleness to my 'freaked out mind and nerves' just being in a dentist chair again! Sharon and the ladies in the office MUST ban together and open their own dental business!........because, when my 1.5hr visit reached the point to meet patrick thomas - I was thrown to the lowest level of the doctor/patient relationship and repect. i still do not understand why the owner and doctor would NOT EVEN take the time to say 'hello', 'welcome', 'this is what I see', 'do you have any questiorespect. no exaggeration at all but ZERO words spoken to me, not even a look into my eyes! it was as I DID NOT EXIST! this is, with any standard, 100% unacceptable and 100% disappointing! Staff is very unprofessional!! Very rude. I never even got a call back after I called and was placed on hold then I called back, they said they’ll call back after verifying my insurance. 2 wks later still no call. My suggestion is find a new dentist office. Won’t deal with them ever again.

The staff has always been very nice! I've had my teeth cleaned here for a few years now, and I'm always satisfied! Dr Patrick is a soft man that doesn't say a lot but gets the job done. I had him pull all 4 wisdom teeth, and although I didn't enjoy it the pain was definitely minimal. I will definitely continue going here!

Terrible service just to make a appointment by phone they put me in hold for 5 min twice and they hang out my call

HE SUCKS!!! VERY POOR BESIDE MANNER. HE WAS VERY ROUGH AND DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MY PAIN.I PAID STRAIGHT CASH AND INSURANCE AND ALL HE DID WAS SCREWED MY TEETH UP AND SOME. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WOULDN'T NOT RECOMMEND HIM. I ONLY GAVE HIM A STAR BECAUSE IT MAKES YOU PUT AT LEAST ONE BUT DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE THAT ONE!

When I first went in his office and called to back, the girl told me that Dr Thompson will do this and this. That he doesn’t talk to you and she will explain everything to me. Ok weird. I had to have all my teeth pulled and have false teeth made. He did the tops first, when the teeth finally came in months later they looked funny. I have seen false teeth before and mine just looked off. I was able to wear them. So we moved to the bottom. Pulled the bottom and months later they came in. They took longer because he had to send them back to be made again. When I got them they were way to long and rocked in my mouth. To this day I can’t wear the bottom teeth. The sad part is I went back to him 6 times to get him to fix them so I could wear them. He charged me over $3000.00 and I cannot wear them. We live on SS and now we are having to pay for another dentist to give me new teeth. Dr Thompson did me wrong and took my money. Furious at the moment.. Went in prior to the actual procedure and was told it would be $110 on Monday when I come in for my procedure. OK fine went in for my appointment on yesterday mind you I wasn't notified of any changes before, during, or after the procedure. Went to the front to pay we were waiting so I told my fiance to pay while I go to the ladies room. I come out he's done so I think nothing of it a just leave the office. Well this morning we were talking and realized I was charged $220 instead of the $110 I was told. So of course I wait and called them soon as they opened come to find out wrong number was entered OK, then she goes to say that the total is $175 they'll refund me $45. Wow when I was told another price and wasn't notified of any changes I asked to speak with the Dr he refused and the receptionist told me "well it's already done so we just owe you $45 we'll mail you a check!" Mind you I didn't pay with an check I paid cash she tells me they don't keep cash in office.. We went back and forth. All and all I will not be back they couldn't even make it completely right. I'm very disappointed in the office. Not to mention the ladies that work the front desk wears flip flops (which sometimes they help in the back words from one of the ladies mouths) never in the medical field have I've ever seen flip flops worn in an suppose to be sterile environment. I had an amazing cleaning appointment, the hygienist was amazing, talkative, made me feel comfortable, and most importantly gentle. The Dentist was a little on the quiet side, however I was in and out of my appointment and had all my needs taken care of.

From the onset of Dr.Thomas' interaction with me as his patient he never identified himself. He made no cordial conversation unless I'd initiate it.I saw that intimidating as a patient. Dental visits are intimidating enough and I'm an adult. I can just imagine how an adolescent or young adult must feel. Otherwise, Dr.Thomas worked diligently with precision & in a timely manner. However,we expect our dentist to be just as diligent with their dental hygiene as they expect us to,no halitosis.
