This physician is about making money with no regard for actual patient CARE. The office staff is poorly qualified and unprofessional. As an example, each time you visit they verbally update the medicines you are taking with you for their records (keep in mind they have prescribed these meds). After 5 years of verbally communicating that I am not taking a cholesterol medication (because they originally accidentally prescribed two of the same drugs to me) it is still on their list of meds.

Most visits have been great. Today, I arrived 15 minutes early, and still was sitting in the waiting room an hour after my appointment time.

My gripe is the office staff and operating hours. They advertise open till 4:30 pm. I called several times on Friday from 12 till 2 pm eventually I got the answering service. It said call normal business hours. Finally it said lunch 12 till 2pm. What Doctors office takes a 2 hour lunch break. I was trying to get a patient an appointment.
