Dr Rodgers has helped me understand that it’s okay to admit and not be ashamed of my mental illness! I have suffered from this due to the hostile work environment for years and have been ashamed of the effects it has had on my mental and emotional state until I started seeing Dr Rodgers! Thank you for helping me cope with the distress and fully understanding and excepting who I’ve become in hopes of getting better!
