Dr. Warren is probably my favorite dentist I’ve ever had & not just because she has a nice personality but because her work is thorough & well-educated. Her staff are all very accommodating & good at what they each individually bring to the office!

Everyone there is very nice and efficient. They go out of they're way to make you comfortable.

Our family has been seeing Paige, we absolutely love her. She is excellent with children, and my special needs son. I highly recommend her and her staff!

Dr. Warren is the best dentist I have ever had! I had to haveajor dental work done and she handled it with great care and she expertise!! She is an amazing person and truly cares for her patients!! My husband had been a patient here for years, and we traveled from Louisville KY for his father’s funeral and my husband has a broken tooth that is causing him extreme pain. We called yesterday, on March 16,2020 and he was given an appointment for 8:40 the next morning, March 17,2020. We stayed at a hotel in Princeton so that we would be closer to the office so he could get there on time. He gets there, and the receptionist tells him they won’t see him because his appointment is for tomorrow the 18th. Speakerphone was on and my husband and I both heard her say TODAY at 8:40 a.m. now we’ve traveled 7 hours yesterday, he’s in excruciating pain, we paid for a hotel, and we have our two small children with us- we have to attend a funeral today, and he has to go through all of this in physical and emotional pain. I only gave 3 stars because the receptionist had no compassion for my husband, our situation, or honoring her own time that she gave for the appointment. We have to return to Louisville and cannot make the appointment for tomorrow, and will now have to wait two weeks to get into a dentist in Louisville. I am not impressed with this; however, my husband has said that the actual dentist is a great dentist and she has always treated him fairly in the past. Even if this is just a mistake- the pack of compassion and accountability is what I am reviewing here. Good atmosphere great dentist

Great dentist was a warm staff. They make you feel very comfortable.

I love Dr. Warren as a dentist, however her receptionists leave a lot to be desired. I called during the last week of April and asked for an appointment for a cavity filled and I wanted my teeth cleaned. I was scheduled for May the 14th. I received a call on the 13th of May informing me that I had an appointment the next day for a CLEANING. They hadn't scheduled me for the filling. The best she could do for the filling was something like the 17th of June. I told her I didn't think I could wait that long. She said she would put my name down in case of cancellation. So I go in this morning for the cleaning and THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT! Receptionist says I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I did, for the filling! I just said " I will see if I can get someone else to do it". She said "OK, thank you". So I didn't get a cleaning or a filling. So Dr. Warren is a great dentist but her scheduling staff is very incompetent.
