I’ve been with this doctor for 7+ years and never had a bad experience. Dr. Lipskaya is gentle, knowledgeable and friendly, always takes time to explain my concerns and never tricked to do unnecessary procedures like some dentists are. I switched to another dentists twice (was far driving from work) but ended up coming back to her because of her honesty and professionalism. I was done almost all kinds of work over this past 7 years (fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges) and never had an issue. Awful experience! She overcharge me! I will never come back! Stay away from this clinic!

I was overcharged by Viktory Dental and Olga Lipskaya. I have receipts with D4355 Full Mouth Debriedement from dates 7/15/2020 and 1/22/2020. Follow by ADA (American Dental Associations) dentists can make this procedure only once per 3 years, but my doctor did it twice in 6 months. Also debriedement should take more that half hour and it is at least 2 visits procedure. Both times "she did it" in one day and less that 20 minutes. I know it's fraud. I just want my money back. Also I have receipts from Viktory Dental with different amounts and procedures from receipts that Delta Dental sended to me. I was overcharged by Viktory Dental and Olga Lipskaya. I was very happy with the service. Everybody was nice and polite. Office is clean and everything looks new. I was able to make the same day appointment as an emergency visit. Thanks, i can smile again! Definitely will recommend to my friends.

I would recommend this doctor!!! I bring both my kids to this dentist since she was opened and Im extremely satisfied with the service. My kids enjoy coming in for their check ups. The whole family loves her because she is really nice and the most gentle dentist ever.

Very good and professional doctor, very caring and knowledgeable. Always does a great job and never disappoints. Doctor did an extraction with absolutely no pain which helps to not be afraid of dentists anymore. The office is very clean, billingual as well. I will never switch to anyone else and will recommend to everyone I know.

This place has the best staff. My first impression was that it was a clean, friendly environment with welcoming hands. I hate the dentist but this dentist really made my experience amazing, before I would be scared to go to the dentist but now I’m so comfortable going I don’t mind.
