Connie, Lauren, and Dr. Jaeger work so smoothly and efficiently as a friendly team. The first Surgeon’s office I called was answered by a staff member who rushed me and her tone was condescending. NOPE, business transactions and Trust start from the first person you contact. Connie is Dr. Jaeger’s office manager/receptionist, and she is genuinely nice and helpful. She told me Lauren, their nurse/assistant would call me back with answers to questions as soon as she was back in the office. Lauren promptly returned my call and spent about 15 minutes answering/explaining from my list of of questions?? Plastic Surgery is a big decision- you should be able to ask Anything, and I did. I knew before my consultationwith Dr. Jaeger that I would be selecting him as my surgeon. He has a great way about him that puts you at ease. He tells you what you can expect and is honest to tell you if something you want is safely feasible. His work is artistry. Wow! attention to detail.I am so pleased!

Very professional and took the time to answer all questions. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Dr. Jaeger is very professional, but kind, considerate and attentive. He listens to and participates in our conversations. His work is very precise. I would recommend him to anyone requiring his speciality. His office staff are great. Their response time is almost immediate. They too care about the patient as well as the person they are.

Dr. Jaeger and his staff were so nice. My experience was excellent and he did a wonderful job! I will continue to use them if I need anything done in the future!

I have had neck and back pain for years. I called for and appointment.Everyone in the office was great ! I'm glad to have found a great surgeon close to my home.Im pleased with my results.I would recommend to everyone needing relief.

Dr. Jaeger?s expertise in the field of breast reconstruction is outstanding. He is a compassionate and knowledgeable surgeon. He is a perfectionist which is a quality you want when looking for a plastic surgeon. Dr. Jaeger and his staff have been supportive, friendly and very considerate each time I have an appointment. Dr. Jaeger by far is the best surgeon I have worked with in the past 25 years. I would highly recommend Dr. Jaeger as an excellent choice in the field of plastic surgery.

After having Breast Cancer, I had a double mastectomy back in 2013, then followed by reconstruction, which, after a year, I wasn't really that happy with. The Surgeon I had for my reconstruction, unfortunately had to rush things along (not his fault, this was mine). Anyhow, with being uncomfortable, and generally unhappy with the results, I reached out to Dr. Jaeger, and was pleasantly surprised. He is a fantastic Physician, with a wonderful bedside manner - Love the results!

I am beyond pleased with my results after seeing Dr. Jaeger! I've hated my wrinkles on my forehead for years and finally did something about it and I couldn't be happier. Both Dr. Jaeger and his office staff are just wonderful! If you are looking for a plastic surgeon, go see Dr. Jaeger. You will not be disappointed.
