Nichole assured me that hypnosis would help to aid me in my desire to lose weight. After each of the three sessions I felt relaxed and less stressed. I looked forward to living a healthier and happier lifestyle. To begin the process I made a real effort to eat healthy and get lactose and gluten out of my diet. I was able to lose 10 lbs, the same 10 lbs we all lose once we monitor our intake better. After the three sessions I looked forward to my mind being in more control with the help of hypnosis. Unfortunately there was no change, and I'm back to square one. My appetite is more voracious then ever and I find it even harder to keep track of the calorie input and stop the bad eating habits I was assured would stop after hypnosis. When I confronted Nichole I was told that it's really up to me to "Maintain and New Behavior", well if I was able to actually do that without help, why would I have gone to her in the first place. Needless to say hypnosis is expensive and useless.
