I've had mixed experiences over the years with him but this time, he came in with his mask under his chin and that's where it stayed. This is so disrespectful. If you care anything about your patient's welfare, the very least you can do is put the mask in the proper place.

Dr Keller evaluated a patient who came in for wound infection. Despite having clinical concerns, treated wound incorrectly with oral antibiotics instead of IV, creating serious harm to this patient with threatened limb. Luckily was seen by adequate providers and received the right care through hospitalization admission requiring IV antibiotics which was brought up with initial concern. His lack of judgment to adequately treat infections may cost someone their life. Extremely disappointed in professional judgement.

I have been to 3 other podiatrist on the peninsula. I have had the best results with Dr. Keller, I highly recommend him.

I used Dr Keller over the years. He is a very good podiatrists. He really looks out for his patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Keller for a while now and he’s done 2 surgieron a for me that were successful. He’s really attentive and thoughtful and pinpoints the problem as it is. However, I’ve given this office 3 stars due to a receptionist and her total disregard for a botched appointment time that was not my fault but theirs and the new system they were implementing. I explained to her the time I was given and told her that at the time a new system was being set up so that could be the cause for the problem and she would repeat Iike a robot on repeat my appointment time. She never seemed to listen or say I understand and I’m sorry but this or that could have happened. I couldn’t believe that I was speaking to someone basically in customer service and with patients none the less that was just unapologetic and uncaring. I actually asked her what had I done to her? I don’t know if she was taught this way by the office or if her mother raised her this way. Either way she will no doubt antagonize more people if she doesn’t change her manner towards others. Dr. Keller has a great attitude. He is very interested in what I had to say and he also offered very knowledgeable Information to me concerning my foot. I would highly recommend him.

He is very nice as a person and not all really good DR's are. He talks to you like someone you know. His advice is worth your time he spends with you. He is clear about what he can do without pushing you to a solution. There might be times different. I didn't take a surgical approach but later decided I should. Very down to earth Dr, easy to communicate with, listens and understands your goals and concerns; outlined a treatment plan to get you back to the sport you live for. Exceeded expectations. Problem was pinpointed on first visit, followed thru treatment, surgery, and aftercare. Was back to normal much quicker than I expected.

Never use this Podiatrist!!! Look him up and see the malpractice cases against him just for 2015 at www.courts.state.va.us. I don't want anyone else to go through the pain I am now in. I wish I had known about him before he did the damage he did to me in 2014. This is not a good doctor and please be aware before you consider a Podiatrist. I didn't want to give him even one star but I had to in order to get this posted.

Please don’t ever consider going to this horrible Podiatrist! He was rude, crude and I would not want anyone to go through the pain and agony I have been through. He performed a superfluous operation on me for a broken toe and I have been in pure pain since. Look him up and see the malpractice cases against him just for 2015 at: www.courts.state.va.us The Virginia Board of Medicine is currently investigating him and I pray they take his medical licenses. I wish I had known about him before he did the damage he did to me in 2014. In my opinion this is a miserable excuse of a doctor and please be aware before you consider this so called Podiatrist. I take my elderly diabetic mother to HROSM. Had only seen Dr Keller a few times. Went during the COVID-19 crisis. Office procedure was to sit in the car until they called us in. No one else was in the waiting area and we were checked in by standing 6 feet away from someone wearing a mask. I was impressed with the precautions that were being taken ... until Dr Keller walked into the examination room with no mask. Very disappointing. My mom has already had a toe amputation but he didn't look over her feet at all. He never asked if she was having any problems, he just clipped her nails. His PA Andrew is very caring and takes time to actually look at her feet and talk with her.

Dr. Keller talked to me like I didn't have any brain. I have two masters degrees and many years of experience working with persons with all kinds of disabilities in various medical and mental health facilities. I realize he may prefer working with sports injuries rather than older women, but I am not about to tolerate his attitude!

Dr. Keller performed foot surgery for my mom about 2 years ago. She has had an enormous amount of problems that has impaired her ability to walk. Due to continuing foot challenges he did another procedure on her foot. Not only did her condition not improve, we found that a stapler was left. Due to unresolved issues, my mom is going to another orthopedic doctor. Due to the integrity of that doctor, he has been selective on sharing what appears to be the problem. The concern at this point, having a 3rd procedure (surgery) at her age. The jury is still out on a resolution. Easy to talk to , he listens ......... I was very anxious and extremely worried about my type of break, on top of anxiety of the I known. I could be myself, explain it my way and he understand. Thank is a trait, a virtue and a really good Doctor to see many, many patients daily, yet continue to be humble and kind- and I would recommend him over and over again. Dr Keller does not listen , and does not care about a patient's issues. He limits his focus on one thing and does not treat a patient as a whole person. I had severe fat pad atrophy and he wouldn't listen to how severe my chronic foot pain was because of it.

I highly recommend Dr. Keller. He did a fantastic job with my diagnosis and surgery. My surgery; which involved a 7" cut into the side of my foot and a pin placed inside my 5th metatarsal, took just 45 minutes. His clinical team is also very good at their job. They were very fast at getting me all the information I needed to give to my accident insurance. A+ EXPIERENCE

Dr. Keller is an awesome, caring doctor... he is the only doctor my family trust with the health of our feet, I highly recommend Dr. Keller to all of my friends.
