Dr. Nellie T Ruelos

When I was a patient of Dr. Ruelos I always felt like just another number on her roster of patients. The appointments always felt so rushed and impersonal. I feel like she spent more time writing down notes and writing scripts than she did making eye contact and speaking to me. I found her demeanor to be very stoic; with not much expression at all. She seemed perpetually tired. I can't recall a single appointment lasting longer than 15 minutes. In my experience, I can't recommend her.

0 stars if it were possible. Would not recommend for even my worst enemy.

The staff are nice and so is Dr. Nellie????. I've been seeing here for two years now and my life have changed so much for the better♥

As a patient here for more than 5+yrs. I'm always treated with respect and kindness from Karen & Joe. They are some of the best professionals I've delt with in a medical environment such as; being professional & still caring for u as a patient in a doctor office setting! They appointments and getting notifications for new appointments ahead of time, great mannerisms such as still being kind to u even if there day hasn't been the best! Hands down five star best patient service!!! I have been going to see dr.
