Kept calling to schedule an urgent appointment for ear infection but they would not accomodate...wish they could be more considerate

I had very bad experience with my son's nose procedure.He had surgery in 2018 when he was 8 years old I was so positive about it and thought he will be able to easily breathe after procedure but nothing has happened, nose condition is same as before surgery. During our visit, when we asked a few questions regarding the details of the procedure that he recommended (he was going to make money off of the procedure of course), he basically ridiculed our questions. We now changed doctors of course. We do not recommend him, he should not be practicing.

I TOOK my 4 months old daughter. They charged me $300 for a 5 minute appointment, Account Number:1116660 with an impatient doctor who wrongly diagnosed virus said it will go by time. WE WAITED for HER CONDITION GOT WORSE. IN REALITY THERE was a foreign object stuck in her throat which CHILDREN HOSPITAL removed. STAY AWAY.

I am SO happy that I found Dr. Mehendale! He listened to my concerns and knew how to address the issues without hesitancy. He's sharp and patient centered. I am looking forward to working with him! Two thumbs up!

Great experience with Dr. Mehendale. I learned about him from years ago from some soccer moms and always remember the positive comments they said about him so I called his office when I was diagnosed with a nodule on my thyroid. He performed a successful surgery. I highly recommend him. .

I have been using Dr Mehendale as my ENT for 10 years now and I am very pleased with his work and their office staff. He performed surgery on me for a deviated septum and turbinate reduction with good results. I would gladly recommend him to family and friends.

Did not have a good experience here. A few positives are: friendly scheduling staff & a clean office. Negatives: Very poor follow-up care and there was a lot of discrepancy between staff notes. Medical assistants always seemed frustrated to answer questions and were sometimes rude. I cannot speak to Dr. Mehendale's surgery skills, but I felt very rushed at the visit and did not find his bedside manner to be great. Dr Mehendale saved my life. For the past four and a half years he has been treating me for a rare head and neck cancer that HE found following many incorrect and missed diagnoses by other reputable doctors. He was so caring and gentle when he broke the news to my husband and myself. He was obviously shaken and emotional himself. He quickly got me in to see an oncologist that specializes in Head and Neck cancer and Dr Menhendale has continued to see me every three to 6 weeks since January of 2015. He is as excited as we are that I am approaching my five year goal to be cancer free. He has calmed my fears and anxiety along the way and has never made me feel like he was rushed, or that my questions and concerns were not important. He gave me the courage I needed to fight this beast. He was always honest and I knew I could trust him. He currently treats members of my family and many friends as well as members of my cancer support group. They continue to thank me! Gwynne Fish

I recently visited and also received treatment on a separate occasion from Dr. Mehendale. From the first step of our interactions, I found him to be patient, knowledgeable and empathetic. I am currently in my second day of post-op, have had a number of unsolicited calls checking in on me, and feel like I am on track to becoming a new man who can breathe much more easily. Thank you Dr. Mehendale for your pre-op and post-op care.

We went in with great expectations due to his reviews. He was extremely rushed and seemed annoyed by questions on our end. He was also sarcastic regarding a treatment option we inquired about, which we did not appreciate. His prescription instructions varied from what he verbalized, to what was written in notes and that did not help our confidence. Not happy with his bedside manner. Front desk staff is friendly. It's also almost impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone and it takes a while to get a call back.

The very best ENT!! My son loved him.

My most favorite ENT. So kind, compassionate and takes his time explaining everything. Knowledgeable and one of the best in my opinion. I wouldn't see anyone else. His audiology staff are also fantastic.

My two toddlers are patients of Dr. Mehendale and we absolutely love him. He sincerely listens to my concerns as a parent, and has a great bedside manner and is able to connect with my little ones.

My 3 1-2-year-old daughter had tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy done Dr. Mehendele about a week ago. Great experience. Recovery was fast. We didn’t have problems. If you need someone to get the work done nicely, I would recommend him. I am a doctor myself. Centenial hospital was OK,the nurses were nice however they are not geared towards kids as much....in their waiting area the have news channel on, they need to put Disney,And some things for kids to keep them occupied while they are waiting.... Cocky, arrogant. Instead of listening to and trying to understand my questions about an upcoming procedure, had an attitude like "I am a doctor, just trust me". Had zero empathy about my valid concerns as a parent.

i have been seeing Dr. Mehendale for about 6 years for several ear issues. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. Highly recommend.

Dr. Mehendale is very nice and his service was very kind. I was suffering from sinuses headaches every day for last 17 years, was so fortunate to come across Dr. Mehendale ( was referred by another primary care Doctor Purvi Sanghvi) and after he performed the Balloon sinuplasty procedure at his office last December 2017 for my blocked sinuses, it gave me immense relief and since last 6 months I have had absolutely NO sinuses headaches.

Dr Mehendale is a professional. I had a septoplasty more then a week ago and the results are phenomenal. There was no pain.Coongestion, which was expected, was the worst part of the process; it was similar to a typical cold before getting my nose fixed. I've heard great things of Dr. Mehendale for over 11 years. I recently had to take my son in. I have been blown away by the experience so far. Both visits he was on time/even early. He is very knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, and so kind. The office staff was also very friendly. My son has to have a procedure done and Dr. Mehendale's staff has gone above and beyond checking insurance coverage and giving me clear step by step instructions to cover my financial bases.

Dr. Mehendele put ear tubes for my 14month old baby girl. His bedside manner, approachability, and kindness were second to none. He made us feel very comfortable and confident that he was the man for the job. I write this review as a father but also as a fellow ENT surgeon although I do not operate I children, I cannot recommend Dr. Mehendale highly enough for your child’s ENT needs.

I was referred to Dr. Mehendale for a Tonsillectomy by one of my friends who had her tonsils taken out by him a few years ago. I had never had surgery, and I have pretty bad TMJ so I was really nervous and apprehensive about finding a doctor I felt comfortable with who would be gentle with my jaw joints. Upon meeting Dr. Mehendale, I was put completely at ease about the whole thing. He is very knowledgeable, warm and easy to talk to and makes sure to answer all of your questions thoroughly to make sure that you understand and are comfortable. What more could you ask for from a doctor?! The surgery went great and the recovery was rough, as Tonsillectomy's do suck! However having the right doctor makes it just a tad bit better! I would recommend him and his staff to anyone!! So glad my friend referred me. I have a family of 8 and we all see or have seen Dr. Mehendale for our ENT needs. He is just amazing. Knowledgeable, open, collaborative and works with you to understand and make decisions on your own healthcare/treatment options. Excellent at explaining things on level you can understand. Staff is all excellent as well. Worth the drive from wherever you are.

Dr. Mehendale is the best! Great personality and makes you feel at ease. He is a gifted surgeon and health care provider. I would most certainly recommend Dr. Mehendale and his staff to anyone needing expert ENT care.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Mehendale practically since day one. My son had tons of ear infections early on and required ear tubes a few times, a tonsillectomy, etc.. Dr. Mehendale and his team have always taken great care of my son and has always made me and my husband feel very at ease.

The doctor was very nice but the only problem with him is he is encouraging everybody surgery, surgery surgery. Sinuplasty surgery which is $10,000 done in his office for 15mins or more when done in hospital plus other throat surgery. Sinuplasy surgery side effects are not been able to smell. Bleeding and alot of discomfort and is still new in the market. Please ask for the side effects first and seek a second opinion before putting yourself through this surgery. A friend of mine has lost the sense of smell. Otherwise the doctor is very good, charming and convincing. The doctor was very nice but the only problem with him is he is encouraging everybody surgery, surgery surgery. I would definately recommend. No one wants to have surgery, but if you must, you want to make sure you are taken care of by the best. Dr. Mehendale is the best. He is great with adults, but he is just amazing when taking care of the kids. He came by before surgery and explained everything that will happen, he came by the waiting area to let us know when everything was done and update us on the surgery and then he personally followed up several hours after surgery to check on my baby girl after her surgery.
