If I had the option to give her zero stars, I would! Please avoid Dr Shah as a doctor! She is money minded to the core. I called since I was in between health insurance and I had a sinus infection. She told me to take Zyrtec and Flonase. I know my body pretty well and know when I need help. Been a patient for 10 years or so. Nothing but positive experiences. Office always running close to on time. Doctor is never rushed. If I’ve had a health concern Dr. Shah leans in to help. Staff is always nice.

Dr. Shah has no chairs in the waiting room or lobby. Her staff is still enforcing the mask mandate even after proof of vaccine was shown. Another dumb doctor, avoid Dr Shah!!!

Dr. Shah is a wonderful physician. I just started seeing her and it was a huge upgrade from my last doctor. Service is thorough and helpful. She and her staff give me the best care and always have an answer to my questions.

Been a patient for few years now till today! They refuse to see fully vaccinated patient who has history of sever seasonal allergies with no covid symptoms or exposure to Covid! I thought health care workers were vaccinated first so they can serve patients! Thank goodness I was able to see my allergies and get treated today! I guess till the pandemic is over, they t good for annual check ups only! What a shame!

One of worst doctor who is only money minded. I was ripped off additional $75 because I asked an extra information related to my blood report.

Dr Shah is just more about money. I had a follow up appointment with her where I forgot to bring my blood sugar chart, she refuse to see me and still charged $75 for the appointment fee. Not providing any service. I wont recommend her at all, go somewhere else where patient is more important for the doctor. That is exactly what I did. Dr. Shah encouraged me through my efforts to lower my cholesterol without the use of statin drugs. I now have healthy levels. She is very thorough, consistent and patient.

Dr Shah is a wonderful doctor. She takes her time with you, I have never felt rushed. She is very thorough, kind & compassionate! Her office staff is very helpful & kind as well

Dr Shah is the most professional and skilled medical doctor I have ever encountered. She is through in her physicals and takes time to answer your questions. She always has time saved for patients with immediate needs.I have never waited but a couple of minutes in waiting room.

I’ve not been the same physically since my insurance change of 2014. It’s been 4-5 years I’ve called every year to see if they take my insurance. I miss Dr Shah. She cared about me. I’ve been thru 5 Int Med drs and Dr Shah was the only one who made sure my numbers were normal.

rush and money focus

I’ve been a long time patient here. I’ve watched as the office improved on patient wait times etc. I loved that Dr. Shah didn’t prescribe addictive medication and seemed very passionate about quality health care vs money. I’ve been very happy up until the past 2 years. Staff changes and office management changes were the first to disappoint. The current receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I’ve been unsuccessful in reaching an Office Manager in the past 1.5 years or so. I left several messages to notify an Office Manager of issues or the need to miss an appointmetnt due to a death in the family and received no call back. Only to have the receptionist rudely harassment in front of everyone at the office for a no show fee (it was my first time to ever miss an appointment). I told her I was unwilling to discuss the matter with her and would deal directly with the office manager, but I never received a call back from on. I finally called and spoke to the receptionist and told her that I had lost my child’s father and it wasn’t a conversation to have at the front desk in front of other patience and suggested that in the future she try having a patient come back into a more private area to discuss. I explained that I had left several messages to notify them about the situation, and how the changes in the office staff was affecting the patients ability to reach a manager. I paid the fee despite feeling as though I had done my part. The atmosphere has changed and the care provided by the Dr has changed as well. Dr. Shah use to provide excellent care, but I now rate her at a 2 out of 5 stars. She doesn’t adequately note things, and I have had incidents of her staff noting the wrong medications down. It’s caused issues with medication refills on several occasions. Dr. Shaw not realizing the flaws blames the patient. We are all human and I can understand an occasional small mistake. However I shouldn’t have to rely on the wonderful Walgreens pharmacy to loan me meds each time this office makes a mistake, because suddenly stopping the meds I am taking can result in suizures or death, and has caused me to get very ill each time this has happened. 3 times now that there’s been an incident and a mistake on their part when it comes to my medication. Dr. Shaw forgets to note that she may have decided to cancel a long standing appointment you’ve had, because you ended up coming in earlier than the original appointment and told you to not come back until a later date (which is on the schedule) for your next follow ups. This happens a lot as well. My experience with this office in last 1.5-2 years has changed to feeling as if they just want you come in every month in order to stay on your required medications. There was also the misdiagnoses where Dr. shah blew me off and tried telling me I was bi-polar and did not believe my symptoms were Hashimotos. Thankfully I stood my ground because I knew that was way off, and made her run the labs. Results came back and showed positive for Hashimotos. I don’t know why she didn’t choose to check for that as I told her my symptoms matched that of my family members as auto immune runs in the family. How she came up with Bi-Polar....beyond me. I guess because she was treating me for grief after loosing my sons father. I’m pretty sure there’s a difference between the two. It’s unfortunate. I’m leaving this review in case it helps someone else. I also hope to see her practice improve, because I do believe she has a good heart. She’s just very distracted lately and hasn’t been herself and it also shows in the staff. I’ve been a long time patient here. Dr. Shah is a doctor who really cares for her patients, who goes the extra mile for caring for her patients. Ive been seeing Dr.Shah for many years and really respect how hard she works at keeping you healthy. Through the years she has help me to stay healthy and maintain a very healthy live style. I trust her so much that I have my family and friends using her! She’s the kind of Doctor who takes her time with you and listen to you, she calls and follow up with you on health issues, she makes sure you keep up with a healthy lifestyle that will maintain your future health and etc. There are few doctors out there that really care more for her patients health than profiting from her patients. We need more Doctors like her!

Please avoid this doctor. She is money minded to the core. Be very careful when you sign on the papers. They have a strange policy of $35 Charge if you change the appointment on the same day.

Dr George Zeiser is an amazing doctor. She is very thorough and does well at giving you all your options on treatment. The thing i like best about her is she is always on time and spends plenty of time with you. She is always willing to see urgent visits as well. At the age of 60 I felt I needed an internal medicine doctor to monitor existing health issues and help me structure a preventative care plan. Dr. Shah listened, ordered the right blood work, spent time discussing my results, and held me accountable in my care plan. She is a great doctor and genuinely invested in the care of her patients. And delightful personally. ??

Avoid this doctor. My wife went to her in 2017, and signed couple of forms. In 2018 when we try to reschedule our appointments, the front desk very impolitely told that same day changes cost $35, and they send us a bill.

She is one of the most greedy doctor I have ever see in my whole life. She will bill the insurance whatever she wants even though you asked not to perform any specific service in your preventive care. I curse this doctor to realize what she is doing. 110% I won't recommend this doctor to anyone not even to my enemy.

Doctors are great but their office has some very idiotic rules. I was late 3 mins one time and they wanted to charge me $35. They "waived" it as a courtesy. A year later I called that I was running 10 mins behind and they agin told me $35 fee because I didn't give them a 24 hour notice. When someone is responsible and notifying you ahead of time that they're stuck in traffic this rule seems out of place. Went in on December 2016 and had a very bad experience. The nurse that took my blood does not know what she was doing. I had a big bruise after which in fact never had an issue with blood works before. I asked her how long the practice had been there and she said no idea because "she was just passing by"??? After the bad experience in the clinic was also charge an office visit for having a high blood pressure on that day. Even if the doctor did not give me any medication. Everyone in this office is so friendly! Dr. Shah is always patient with me when I tell her about any issues or concerns that I'm having. She also takes the time to get to know you so you feel like more than just a patient. I definitely recommend Dr. Shah and Frisco Center for Internal Medicine for any of my friends and family looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Shah is a fabulous physician. She is very patient-focused and takes the time to listen to concerns. While going over test results, she was very thorough in her explanation and allowed me to ask questions. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the care she provides.
