She doesn’t deserve to be called a doctor, I can’t believe she is still allowed to practice with all the bad reviews she is getting. Terrible and horrible and lacks all care and compassion and knowledge. Just stay away if you care about your health!!!

Is this place closed? I am trying to get my medical records for life insurance and they are not returning anyones calls.

In reality, I can't even give her a Star at all. I'm lucky I have been able to change Doctors. I've been in the medical field for over 37 years and wore many Hats during that time. I have NEVER seen such lack of care! I had labs done and urinalysis done and it came back I had a Bladder infection. She promised me she was going to call with once she received the results. The results came in on Wednesday. I verified with her staff. I never heard from her. I called again and was assured that she would be calling me. Nothing. It was 7, yes 7 days later she finally called. I prompted that call and told the staff I was not going to call there anymore that I was calling the Board. Within 10 minutes she called and now she is trying to cover her "you know what" and practice the 'standard of care' and is trying to make me go to a lab and repeat the testing. She was going to call in an Antibiotic for me and it's been 3 days and it was NOT called in. People beware. I've never said anything against a Doctor but dang!

I can't wait to change Doctors. I have been in the medical field for over 37 years. I wore many Hats during that time. I have NEVER experienced such lack of attention and response. The nature of my visit was timely and needed immediate attention. She told me 3 times during my visit she was going to call me about whether to continue meds. Did she call? That would be a NO!! I even called ( after 5 attempts )and talked to a couple of her staff and I know they gave her a message. They assured me she would call me around 5. NO CALL. NOTHING. I am livid with this office. It's a swinging door. I have to say I have kept my mouth shut due to the fact I am married to a Doctor and don't want to cause riff for him. But DANG!! I've had enough.

Had a 1:30 p.m. appointment, left a little after 4:00 p.m. there were not a lot of people being seen that day. There is just no excuse for that type of wait time.

Dr Darakshan is very knowledgeable and through. she takes her time To explain. They are treating my in-laws in both my mother-in-law and father-in-law are very pleased with their care. Care about the patients, Me and my husband are very satisfied With their care at Prime care medical clinic . both doctors are excellent. staff is very helpful.

Excellent service, I am very pleased with both doctors, my mom believe in Dr Moosa and Dr Darakshan, they have been treating my mom for over 10 years, so I am well satisfied with their service

Very dissatisfied with a doctor who seems to have forgotten the concept of having a decent bedside manner for a patient who is almost 90 years old. Was blatantly rude and argumentative with me regarding my mother's medical decisions and I honestly felt like I was bullied into giving a response. She needs to learn how to speak with a human being before she can practice medicine because she was downright disgusting.

Elderly patient waited almost 3 hours for appointment. Doctor did not check test results that were requested. Will not be using this doctor in the future. Horrible experience.

Horrible wait times! You have to wait over 2 hrs to see the dr.

Horrible wait times. I was seen 1 hour and a half after my appointment time. After 30 minutes in the wait room, I sat for an hour in the dr's visit room. I honestly think they forgot I was there. Have never seen Dr. Darakshan, another Dr. saw me.
