Mr. Foote here discriminated against me solely based on the fact that I take a prescription drug called Suboxone. He claimed to the corporation that offered me the job that I was a "danger to myself and the public", and that I "couldn't work in safety sensitive settings", and that I was "impaired" as if I were drunk on alcohol. He initially asked me where I got my Rx from, and once I told him where, he said that he "tried to get a job there once, but they wouldn't hire him based on HIS OPINION of the specific drug. Seems like he has a chip on his shoulder and he's trying to prove a point at my expense. There is absolutely 0 reason to believe that I'm a risk for accident. 0 workplace incidents, 0 adverse side effects, nothing but his biased opinion. Thanks for ruining this opportunity for me Mr Foote ???? I hope you sleep well knowing that you stopped me from getting health insurance, retirement, decent wage, etc., just cause you have a stick up your ass about a place that wouldn't hire you.
