Would not recommend Dr. Brooks. Same situation occurred as the one described below. My doctor was on vacation. I had seen him on at least 5 occasions for a chronic illness. Brooks decided that I would need to come back in 1 month to get a refill... I guess to show that he could. This despite my original dr prescribing the medication for a minimum of 3 months per prescription. Check his background with the Medical Board… whole lot of issues, amazing he still has a license instead of just the sanctions he was given. Would not recommend Dr. Brooks. Stay clear. Check medical Review board record MD-14-1229A, to get a feel for his “ethics”.

I’d give this fraudulent “physician” -5 stars if I could. He convinced my mother to bring me in to him as a new physician to overlook my testosterone replacement therapy, only to be called a liar by Dr Brooks himself, after he milked me for two copayments just to shoo me away. He has a history of pushing xanax and percocets to clients that do not need them whatsoever, multiple of those clients being my very own family. Brooks wont be in practice for much longer with the medical board on his shoulders. SERIOUSLY dont bring yourself, or anyone you care about here; I can guarantee he’ll only make it worse. If the medical board doesn’t take action, then I promise that I will myself, and physically.

Never again I would be back to see this Nathan Brooks who calls himself a doctor!! Absolutely did not listen or cared about my concerns and got annoyed with me when I asked any questions,,,, Felt like my issues were not resolved and I left empty handed, while I had to seek for another doctor who actually listened and cared for his patients. Beware of this physician in addition to his office staff. I booked an appointment and showed up on time and he claims my appointment was for the following day. I was out of my medication and he was unable to assist me in refilling it. Upon calling me, he offered to see me the following day but I was unable to make this scheduled appointment. I declined his offer and requested for the appointment to be canceled, which was well within the 24 hour time allotted period to not be assessed a fee; however, approximately a month later, I received a cancelation fee. I opted to pay the fee and be completely done with this incompetent physician and his office. I recommend avoiding this physician altogether. Beware of this physician in addition to his office staff. Dr Brooks is very friendly and thorough. He seems to genuinely care about his patients.

Dr. Brooks and his staff are all wonderful. Everyone was so incredibly kind and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Brooks. He takes the time to get to know his new patience. He truly cares for his patience.

Dr. Brooks is an amazing doctor. He is very friendly and actually listens to your concerns. He is someone who I can trust and I know he cares about his patients. If you’re looking for a primary care doctor he is the one you need!

I have been seeing Dr. Brooks for the past few years. I rarely write a review but I feel compelled. Dr, Brooks is hands-down the best physician that I have seen. I never feel rushed. I always feel heard. He is patient and kind and a rare gem in the area. I highly recommend him.

I’ve not had a primary care physician in over a decade because of their lack of respect or sincere care for their patients... until my parents introduced to my to Dr. Brooks and his team. I went along with my mom on one of her visits and was so impressed with the attentiveness towards someone who can’t hear very well that I made the decision to make him my own practitioner. For truly listens to every concern, asks lots of questions and really tries to find the right solutions for our health concerns. I’ve also had to call several times to ask clarifying questions for my mom and they always call me back as soon as they can. I am so thankful my parents and I have Dr. Brooks for support.

What a joke MD! Needed help to get to the bottom of my pains I experienced for a long time, had a high hopes for this guy, but was disappointed, since he offered absolutely nothing. WON'T BE BACK! Will find someone else who actually cares and not just wants my money.

Patient thoughtful doctor who listens to you. Staff also kind. Peaceful environment.

Dr Brooks was easy to talk to his ans. were easy to under stand. Dr Brooks makes you feel like you have known him for years and there are no bad or dumb question.

Compassionate, caring; explains things in language the patient can understand.

Dr. Brooks is the best doctor my family has ever had. He takes time to actually ask you what's going on and make sure he has addressed all of your questions or concerns. I know that sounds very fomal how I worded that statement but it's not all that it's a real question of concern when he asks is there anything else going on or what else can I do. My boys love him as well they had to have blood work done recently for the first time and one child does not do well with needles (due to prior Dr) and he actually said if there was any problems to walk down and tell his office and he would come down and help or do it himself. Dr Brooks has been amazing. He is the best PCP my family has ever had. He is always patient and willing to listen to any and all concerns. He has even spent time explaining every procedure and treatment to my adult daughter who has developmental delays. I appreciate how caring he is with all of us.

My Regular Dr is out for a week, my Dr is actually a PA that works directly under Dr Brooks supervision, I am completely out of medication and called to get a re-fill, Dr Brooks denied my request saying I had to wait *****5***** more days until my Dr returns, So no blood pressure medicine, no Breast cancer meds to reduce my estrogen levels etc.... what kind of Dr would refuse a person the medicine he/she obviously needs?

Dr.Brooks has hands down been the best primary doctor I have ever had. He took the time to listen to all my health issues. He also went above and beyond to do research on a specialied medicine that would work best for me. He treats you as person just not a patient. The healthcare system needs more doctors like doctor Brooks. Even before my follow up appointment on his own time he had done some more research on my condition so when I went to my specialist I felt at ease.
