Receptionist and nurses prior to Dr Ambata visit well organized and made me comfortable. I have been a patient of Dr. Ambata for many years, very simply , he's the best. Made many recommendations to others through the years.

Dr. Ambati and his staff are always friendly , helpful and informative.

Dr Ambatti was very pleasant & knowledgeable. He explained everything to me is very thorough.

Dr. Ambati is very professional, knowledgeable & concise. Seemed in a rush as he was running behind. I waited over 40 min. from my scheduled apptmt time until I was seen by Dr Ambati. Perhaps that’s the front desk’s problem, though, as they may be over-scheduling him.

The check-in process was very simple and fast, also the front desk receptionists were very nice and courteous unlike most doctor offices where they seem like they hate their jobs. Communication with this office was superb, we scheduled our son's circumcision 2 months in advance after his birth so they kept us updated as we waited for our appointment. Dr. Ambati explained the circumcision procedure to us very clearly and exactly how he would do it. He was also very friendly and I loved that we joked a little bit about random stuff, it definitely help put my wife more at ease. 10 minutes later the circumcision was done! The nurses were great with explaining how to care for our son over the next 48 hours and signs to look for if there are any complications. The first night on the day of the circumcision we could tell our son's private area was sore and a little discomforting but after that he has been completely fine with no discomfort or complications. All around a great experience!

The whole process exceeded my expectations and was handled in a professional manner.

It was only a short wait to see the Doctor. The receptionists were all very cheerful and professional, and the office was well taken care of. Dr. Ambati was so easy to talk to and explained everything to me clearly. I felt very comfortable with him, it was evident he was very skilled and knew exactly what to do and say. I will be seeing him again.

Dr Ambati was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to listen and explain everything to me. He eased my anxiety and had a great sense of humor. All of the staff were very caring and helpful as well.

I had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Ambati. He was knowledgeable, had a great bedside manner and very through with his examination and questions. My medical history and current presentation is not straight forward. I was relieved to see someone who has years of experience walk into the examination room. He listened and answered my questions. He did not diagnose without all of the information and data. As he said, "I will treat you as if I did not know your medical history. People get in trouble when the doctor thinks before the imaging and labs are in." He is a Clinical Professor at U.C.S.F.. Didn't take care of her problems

Was pleased with Dr. Ambati himself but am really discouraged by service provided by the office staff. Was in multiple times to get a surgery and they dropped the ball by not having me sign a consent form. They wanted me to drive twenty minutes to them to sign, and wouldn’t email sit when requested. Had me waiting an hour for a scheduled apple then abandoned me in a room for another forty minutes. Scheduling does not return calls and I wasted my time and taking a day off for a surgery that was not going to happen. Was pleased with Dr. Ambati himself but am really discouraged by service provided by the office staff. Dr Ambati was super professional with the procedure I had at Urology Associates. He was very explanatory and aware with all my needs and he took pride with what he did. Dr Ambati is a Wonderful Doctor! His many years of experience in his profession makes him most valuable to his Patients. Through his guidance at age 75 I had a prostatectomy. The Surgery was of the new Nerve Sparing Type which left me with Bladder Control and other nerve control. Now 10 years later my PSA is zero. He saved my Life from Cancer!! Dr Ambati has been my Urologist for at least 20 years. He is conscientious and thorough every visit. I would not trust my health to anyone else.

Dr. Ambati is an experienced clinician who listens to and addresses patient concerns in a thoughtful and timely manner.

I was very happy with Dr. Ambati. What sold me was him saying "I don't want to be another Dr. that gives you just meds and send you on your way. Let's work to figure out what's going on with you." I know I will be in good hands with him. If you need a urologist in Fresno/Clovis area, he's more than worth it.
